Is everyone running around like a headless chicken?! :rotfl:

I'm at the stage if it isn't done then it is not happening!! Just a trip to Asda for a last minute request for slippers from Superman!:A

Disastrous trip to the out laws yesterday and on route to see my pops today.... 300 mile round trip with a grumpy superman and a bickering miss hinge and baby hinge :mad: is delightful!!

Lots of thinking going on in the house of Hinge, planning for the new year and a healthier, happier future!

I'm not one for New Years resolutions as they are made to be broken!! But the rest if 2013 ( yes we may as well start as we mean to go on!) and 2014 will a "cleaner" way of living, eating, spending,parenting everything!!

Our life is cioas but then so is the car the house the garden the school run etc...... Everything that is going well in the house f hinge is due to organisation and the "cleaning" up I have started! Let's hope I can spread the clean up to all parts of our lives!

Today I started by cleaning out the car, 13 fruit shoot bottles disagreed by superman after his mc D's:eek:5 abandoned lunch tubs from my week at work :cool: along with a lot of other unmentionables!!

I also "cleaned" under the bonnet pre-Xmas treat of a glug of oil, several pints of screen wash and antifreeze coolant..... No longer can waiting for Mr Hinge to do the jobs I ask him can be an excuse for them not been done!!

I have been looking for my chicken head for a long while and when I do have it on I'm panicking and anxious that I have missed something. For example, major OCD cleaning today because I wasn't sure what to do with myself, no school run, presents done etc. I need one of these :beer:

I think the boys make us travel at 100 mph so when we get time to breath we forget how!

We survived the trip to see pops and got home with a back seat full of sleeping Hinges :T:T:T

Cuppa in silence before i snuggle down in bed:j:j:j Blissful!

Tomorrow i will take the little Hinges to the cinema to watch Frozen..... Half price tickets and Aldi snacks obviously!

My birthday on Friday saw a rather spoilt Mrs Hinge and I feel very lucky! New slippers, 2 diaries, posh make up, posh choccies, flowers ( not the ones I wanted I may add!!:o) and enough smellies to keep all my friends in re-gifted presents for next year :rotfl::rotfl: also a lovely ceramic saving pot thingie from my wonderful friend with my "pamper fund" started inside! And a nice £80 to put aside for a rainy day :j:j

A pamper day in a spa would be lovely...........wel jel (is that how the youngsters say it :rotfl:)

I am really looking forward to Christmas for the first time in a long while, the King is happy and feisty as for Missy Stripes, Peppa pig is not her fave but she's watching Horrid Henry now :eek:

The "cleaning" continues today I have tidied my desk at work :eek: I started to embark on the am mouth task last month when I handed my notice it but stopped when [STRIKE]they shredded my notice and[/STRIKE] I decided to stay!

Today has been a spendy day, a spendy but wise day! mr boots have electric tooth brushes in the sale down to less then half price so I bag 4 for us and £7 in points due to coupons and vouchers :money:

The lady if the presents have been delivered today by Mr Hinge.... Just ours left:cool: I know I have cut down but there seems to be a lot still!!

I have finished miss Hine's last minute crocheted tablet cover as the one I ordered online has not arrived :mad: however I love it!!

This evenng I am arranging the photos from the shoot we had done of the little Hinge's! The bargin photograph we found did us a good deal for all images on a disc....sorted out a few nice frames and that sorted out several family xmas pressies
