Well done on the car boot Mrs Hinge :j You have set the bar high for £65, I have to wait another 3 weeks for Mr Stripes days off to fall on a Sunday but I am up for the challenge. Did the hoover attachments sell?

We had an easy day today because the king has a full day tomorrow in school. The King is carrying a back pack with a book to weigh it when he is walking to help ground him so he doesn't pull on me and drop his weight onto the floor or twirl me around at random and sometimes all at the same time. Of course Missy Stripes [STRIKE]demands[/STRIKE] wants a back pack too so today we have been back pack shopping and ice cream in Ikea :D

Missy Stripes loved the Peppa Pig back pack for a full 15 minutes  but was happy in the back garden with the paddling pool.

Kids in bed now and Mr Stripes is running me a bath. He thinks he's getting lucky tonight :rotfl: Catching up on tv instead :D

:rotfl: I got a whole £1 for the hoover attachment box:p I celebrated too early as the £1 coin actually turned out to be some foreign coinage  hey ho it is less tatt in my house:rotfl:

Glad the king is happy, we have had full on emotional meltdown at the mention of school tomorrow. :o thankfully I have a early meeting at work so Mr Hinge can tackle that one :rotfl:

I think Mr Hinge thinks his luck is in he has put on clean bed sheets and run me a bath tonight..... i'm hoping to squeeze a back rub out of him before I fall asleep on the sofa!! :o

:T to the car boot!!! I really need to spend a day at mums and do a load of clearing out. Considering I moved out a year and a half ago, I figure it's pretty safe to say I don't need 99% of the stuff taking up space at mums... :o

It's amazing what kids can teach us 'old' people, huh?! OHs girls have really made me see things sooooo differently, and I've also stopped taking so much of my own world for-granted!

    Hope you're having a good day! :D

  • On the tumble drier front i'm debating buying second hand :undecided: I've seen a few for £20-30 on our local selling page on fb....perhaps you could look on yours there may be bargains to be had (I suppose I shouldn't be encouraging spending though :o lol)

:j well hello, I am sorry I have been Awol, I'm running out of interesting things to say:rotfl:

very busy weekend, Miss Hinge, Superman:A:A, baby Hinge have done a sponsored walk today 8.5miles in total and myself and Mr Hinge went along for the ride! 5 miles I had baby hinge strapped to my back  and we got very very wet but the little Hinge's have raised £70-80 for a awesome charity and I couldn't be more proud of them :D the promise of a medal kept Superman going to the last 2 miles then bribery and chocolate paved the way :rotfl::rotfl:

Yummy roast chicken dinner waiting for us when we got back, hot baths toastie pj's and plenty of plasters for my blisters before snuggling up to a film! Blissful!

It is Superman's 5th birthday coming up next month :A my baby boy is growing up so very fast and shamefully I have nothing in the present stash for him, he changes his interests so quickly it is going to have to be a last minute thing I think but I have £40 in survey payouts ready for him and have settled on a tea party at home rather then a big party insight of the forth coming holiday!

Free eBay listing this weekend  another 12 items listed yesterday and 8 items sold and posted over the last few days from last week! if it isn't nailed down it's been flogged :rotfl: I will work the minimalistic look :o or alas I can live in hope :rotfl:

Meal planning has been going really well this week, the attempt at GF bread were a success if alittle "faffy" I think next time I will double the mix and freeze a few loaves..... freezer space permitting :p

How is everyone? Stripe I hope your ok and the king is still happy, Plmbl I hope your taking care of yourself, Snaggles are you over your tonsilitious? HaW are you enjoying your weekend?!

Mrs H x Who really could use a tumble dryer with all this rain :rotfl:but is not giving in :o

Well done Hinge household on the sponsored walk. :j Brilliant!

Bad news I'm afraid Mrs hinge, the King has been bitten by a pupil in class and has regressed slightly. This is the 3rd time within the school year and he only attends part time as a nursery year. I am on the rampage, meeting tomorrow morning

WoW! Fantastic work on the sponsored walk!!! :T Be very very proud of yourself and your family :D:D

Kids are like that - they're 'into' things for a matter of weeks/months before they change their minds. Makes it pretty much impossible to buy in advance! :p

Great weekend thank you :) Quiet! ;)

(Hope all is ok this morning stripes)
