I had this a few years ago and mt physio suggested fit flop boots and sandals - I initially balked at the prices and muttered for a couple if weeks about them , but it was stopping me doing so much I gave in and it made a real difference - I could walk without being in agony and it jut got better and better. Now I only wear fit flop sandals in the summer - couldn't believe how comfy they are and each pair lasts me 2/3 summers.Sealed pot challenge 822

Have a great Monday!
The bum is still very much numbI am so unfit it is unbelievable!
Mondays are my busiest day what with work and swimming lessons for the kids then dying n the sofa whilst superman:A wears out my carpet running!
Much more chilled today, birthday party later and a easier day at work!
Hope everyone is ok, I will be back later with a proper update just heading out the door...

creeps in, feet up, cuppa in hand the house of Hinge is very quiet this evening, eeringly so
miss Hinge banished to her loft little madam, Superman sparko on the living room floor..... I'm ignoring the fact that he now won't sleep tonight:eek:, and Baby Hinge out in the garden playing with the squirrels whilst waving a rather large stick!
Busy week at work, not much money saving going on but no money spending either :rotfl:I have sat down and done a 3 month budget (i have a money notebook and allcutesy of the stationary cupboard at work of course:o) and it looks good...... I am swopping over how we manage the money that we have as it all comes over in dribs and drabs, it will mean been skinto for a week but then that is nothing new :rotfl:
How is everyone? Stripes you are very quiet at the moment, how is the king? hope everything is ok?
Tonight will be a sofa night after I have wrapped some presents to post, trying a local courier instead of royal fail to avoid rip off prices:mad:
Over time at work this weekend which will come through in time for holiday spends  looking at a budget of £150 for a week to include food and activities so anything extra will be a huge bonus!
My smallest creditor will receive their last payment this week and that will leave me with 3 creditors out of the original 5 :T *gulp* now to work on the rest!
best go rescue the squirrels!

Meandering on with the school run, work and daily living.
The King is really happy, we have been swimming again every week and he is enjoying it very much. I an on the other hand dislike swimming!
Can't do any car booting for 4 weeks as again waiting for Mr Stripes days off to fall on a Sunday  Should do ebay but agree the posting prices are expensive these days.
Fuming at the mo, next door are having their guttering done and the scaffolders waited until I was out of the house, jumped into my back garden to place one of the poles to support the scaffold and did not secure the back door. The King is an escapist so I was Demon Stripes on a rampage on their backsides. I don't mind helping the neighbours out but do not appreciate trespassing and the safety of the King being compromised.
Well done on paying off one of the creditors though Mrs Hinge:j0 -
Hope the squirrels have survived and no worse for their traumatic ordeal :D
2 down! 3 to go! Fab news :T
Fair play on your 3 month budgeting! That's very disciplined of you
