What a day and it's only lunch time
We shall say no more about the dreaded Jobcentre other then I have sent a [STRIKE]begging, pleading and more begging[/STRIKE] request for help to my Local Mp after this mornings visit. Bad enough feeling a failure and accepting benefit helpas it is with out someone rubbing salt in to the wounds.
Mr Hinge has a dodgy phone, thankfully it is one of the recalled ones from apple so will be fixed for free but what a ball ache trying to organise it at the shop....I'm sure my job centre rage made it more of a issue then it needed to be :rotfl:
The heating has been on in the house of Hinge  and it's not even october yetMissy Hinge declared this morning she has 'cold bones' and looked ghastly sore so I felt oblieged to warm her up
I'm sure 'put on another jumper' would of left her in tears after all she had vest, shirt, jumper and a fluffy dressing gown on already :rotfl:Will dig out her little oil filled heater for her room as it does get chilly in there and timer clock it for the mornings. It's bad enough been in pain with out being cold.
So 'fess up who else has the heating on?! :rotfl:Living in a superhero induced haze :A:A

I am with missy Hinge ..... I also have cold bones and have the heating on. :A
I am so frustrated for you with the job centre. It is of course the edict from those above... We have lost all site of what is a compassionate society. The understanding of what life is like as a carer.... Sending you hugs :grouphug::grouphug:

A day of housework and ironing today.
Would much prefer to be tucked up in bed with my kindle and a cart load of chocolate :rotfl:
Breakfast was pancakes this morning and I'm hoping to make Jack Monroe's bean burgers for tea, well for me and Missy Hinge anyway..... the others can have freezer roulette and chipsteach them for being such fussy beggers!
Bank looks :eek: £3.27 to my name until Tax credits tomorrowthe fridge is empty and the car is running on fumes and I raided the change jar for Missy Hinge's snack money and some milk. Too close for comfort this month, but we have managed so maybe paying of "spare" money to the CC is the right way to go.
Missy Hinge has her guitar lesson after school, first one at home but with the same teacher she had at school. I'm sure it will be fantastic!
The washing machine is on for the 3rd time today and the dishwash has just finished. It is dry but rather chilly here, jumpers and fluffy slippers today...... hoping doing the ironing will warm me up :rotfl:Living in a superhero induced haze :A:A

Car has been fed.... £50.09 from fumes to full  petrol costs decreasing very slowly..... last year it would be £68-70ish :j
£68 spent in Aldi for the cleaning bits, feed the cat this month and restock the cupboards and fridge..... only when I am shopping did I find out the voucher is in the paper todayhalf considered legging it to the newsagents mid-shop but decided against it. will call in on the way to collect Missy Hinge and get some for next weeks shop. Did manage to bag a bargain xmas pressie for Superman reduced to £3.49
My friend visited this morning, a cuppa, cake and a knatter has done me the world of good.
Got a quick 15minutes before school run round 2 begins!

It's October already :eek::eek: does that mean it's ok to have the heating on?
Talking of heating out £135 warm home grant has been added to our account...... Looks alittle healthier
£205 paid of Mr Hinge's CC today and aim to pay another £125 at the end of the month, didn't like the tight squeeze of paying it all upfront last month but felt pleased that it wasn't money wasted
We are going to have a trip to the new local library today, it will be warm and has free cuppas and cakes :rotfl:
This morning has been a pet care day, nails trimmed (saves £6 each at the vets ) drops applied and wormers given. All vivs/bowls/hutches cleaned and scrubbed. Missy Hinge and master Hinge helped lots whilst Superman went to play with the horses for his weekly therapy session.
Missy H is doing well with her guitar playing despite a sublaxing shoulder and painful fingers, Superman has the oppurtunity for drum lessons at schoolThankfully it is AT School
not a bad price either for a 1:1 session that he would need. His class are learning to play the violin and he is doing really well
says it makes his teeth tingle :rotfl:
£5 cash back hit my account today from using my card's wireless facility. my £40 survey money came through this week alsothey went towards my winter boots £60.30 delivered for a lovely pair of cherry red DM's
