I'm sure she'll have a fab time. I'm also fairly sure you will be a nervous wreck by the time she gets back, and if you are anything like me you will have nervous eaten your way through a hundred packets of biscuits!! Xx

If I had the money for biscuits I would be eating them but in Skinto so the junk cupboard is bare..... Probably for the best really I need to shift some lard.

Twitter says they are now in Calais and on route to Paris!

Missy Hinge is back after having a fabulous time! :j She is absolutely exhausted and has had a Pj day on the sofa...... Her words to me when she got of the bus was " the food was Rank.....what's for tea?!" :rotfl:

First rent payment has cleared with my bank.....can you believe it has been a whole month that we moved already?! bank account looks rather miserable until Tuesday  cupboards and fridge are looking good until then so we shall be fine!

Hospital day tomorrow, I'm hoping they can give us some answers as to Missy Hinge's foot and ankle problems or at least send us to someone that can!

Superman and master Hinge have been out [STRIKE]harassing the neighbours[/STRIKE] chatting over the fence to the neighbours all afternoon, playing in the glorious sunshine! The neighbourhood cats have all been to introduce themselves.... not sure they will come back due to master Hinge and is water pistol :cool:

Roast Gammon for lunch today with all the trimmings :D i sliced of 3 good steaks from the uncooked joint ready for tea tomorrow and we still had more then enough to go around..... another Aldi special!

Monday: gammon, egg, chips and peas
    Tuesday: chicken stirfry/chow mein
    Wednesday: lasange and GB
    Thursday: freezer dip with chips
Friday: cottage pie or giant yorkie puds filled with savory mince
Saturday Hm pizza, pasta and salad
Sunday Roast Chuck with all the trimmings!

I have 10P off a litre at Tesco petrol station until end of march so will fill up completely on Tuesday to save some ££'s there..... Petrol is seemingly one of our big expenses since the move.

Pack ups made, DW on, washer on, ironing hidden until tomorrow,:o everyone showered and chillaxing in their rooms, time to crack out the choccie and a cuppa. Sock number 2 is on the needles and underway and I am resisting the urge to buy more yummy yarn :o

We are heading off on our Jollies over Easter down to somerset.... I was hoping our annual merlin passes would come in handy but it seems there are no attractions in that neck of the woods  Feel free to spam me with lovely days out that wont break the bank :D #holidayonashoestring #postmoveskintness

Ermm.. farmers and tractors is all that comes to mind :rotfl: Ooh Arr! :rotfl: - I wish I had ever been. I've been barely anywhere in this country! And barely anywhere out of it. My holidays the last few years have been to go home back to Nottingham to stay with mum so she can see Jelly :rotfl: - I hope you all have an amazing time!

So glad Missy H had a good time. Course she missed your amazing cooking!! :D

I might steal your giant yorkies idea. Savoury mince? Recipe please! xxx

Yes Doniford bay really, I wish I could take the little hinges around the cider farms but I feel that would be frowned upon :rotfl:

Anything really, I do my basic cottage pie base and throw in anything else I need to use up. Usually mince, onion, mushroom, tin toms, peas and gravy, Sometimes baked beans and grated courgettes if I am short of mince! I like to add a squirt of Hp Brown sauce or worchester sauce if I have any!

The gammon is grilling and the chips are in the actifry, Superman's mash potato is ready to nuke so I'm grabbing 5 minutes.

Missy Hinge is absolutely exhausted today, she sat in her hospital appointment nodding off. Thankfully they could see how much she is struggling and were full of promises to help quickly followed by "your Gp needs to sort this....." head meet brickwall. They were very sympathetic and didn't bat an eyelid at my tears of frustration. They kept referring to how we have our hands full and how we must be exhausted  YES! we do and I just you reminding me

I do wish they would talk to me straight up the line, they want Missy Hinge to try a painkiller Gabapentin for her pain as it targets nerve pain..... However, they gave us a whole long list of reasons not to give it to her and sent us away to decide if she has it or not. They after all are the blinking Drs..... if they think it will help surely it is for them to decide if she has it or not?!

It's really hard as the management of chronic pain actually tries to do so with out medication/painkillers. They want people to rely on other methods that work and to "ignore the pain" "don't give in" which in someways I do generally agree with them BUT when it is effecting every aspect of your life and actually stopping you from just "getting on with it" medication also plays a part. Alot of the drugs used in epilepsy can help nerve pain although Missy Hinge's cabemazipine doesn't seem to be helping ( I'm not willing to stop it to see if she is worse with out ) this other drug can have some nasty side affects for some people and can work for some people and not for others. it's all pointing at me that the only way to see if it works is to try it and if it doesn't..... stop taking it simples. They say it can make her sleepy.... she has chronic fatigue syndrome regardless! ..... it can make her feel sick ... she has Gastro problems and PoTs that already make her feel sick most of the time, it can make her gain weight..... she is underweight due to her gastro problems anyway......

I just dont want to be the one making the call to medicate her for them to turn round and use it against me later down the line or equally choose not to medicate and they also use that also.......

    ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:

Other news we have an appointment to look around the new local school in the hope to move Superman in September and hopefully for master Hinge to start the on sight preschool also, it is ofstead "outstanding" with awards for SEN inclusion...... fingers crossed as Superman can not carry on where he is, he is an emotional wreck and they have little to no understanding of his needs. I wish he would trash the place so they can see just what it does to him but instead he just hides under the table :( they then ignore him and label him as "fine".

oh I i may of just registered for a part time degree through the OU  I once used to be rather clever educationally and feel it's time to 1) do something for me, 2) plan for life after the children, 3) get the old grey matter working :o
