Feel very free to ignore me here, but.. I think from schools perspective they are looking at Supermans 1:1 as something he will eventually not have, so they would rather he wasn't dependent on it as it won't be forever, whether it ends at some point during school or when he leaves.. do you know what I mean?
Jelly would happily still be spoon fed by me at every meal of the day, but at a point I had to step back and say no, you have to do this on your own now. I know the meltdowns I had from her so I can only imagine Supermans reaction to a similar detachment.
Since they followed up the "we think he is becoming to dependant" with "we know he will always need 1:1 support through out his whole education...." I don't think so. They see the small improvements in his maths and reading and expect the same in his writing, the problem being he is interested in books and numbers but has no interest in writing, he gets so anxious and frustrated about it as he just can not do what they expect of him. He can copy write with out a problem but he can not formulate a sentence or even a few words. I think this is where we will see the huge difference between him and his peers, he is educationally at the age of a 4/4.5year old at almost 7years old. I do not for a second expect him to maintain the work load expected of him in a mainstream setting but until school "see this for themselves" then we don't have much chance of moving him to special provisions.Living in a superhero induced haze :A:A

Oh bless him Mrs H. It is a hugely hard battle you have on your hands and one that I cannot comprehend from the other end of your diary. Please excuse my ignorance in the matter; school obviously have similar levels of knowledge to me on the matter, so do what you do best and keep being a super mum.
Happy Mothers Day xx

Mrs Hinge I read your update and promptly fell asleep for all the running around you've been doing it made me tired too
While sitting lonely on the couch I've ate all the biscuits and the pies and there is an imprint of my butt.
Well done on the house move , yay you are in
The king is poorly but managed to slip some calpol in his drink 3 times before he cottoned hee hee.0 -
Stripes  poor king? nothing serious I hope?
and my lovley lady your @r£$ print does look rather feeling on the Hinge sofa, however I most request you use a plate, hoovering up all those blinking crumbs is jolly hard work and Henry hoover bags are a costly expense I would rather avoid and should be used sparingly :rotfl:
I hope you all had a lovely mothers day! Mr Hinge decided against treating me to some flowers..... says I never like the ones he buys anyway :rotfl::rotfl: so I got the pleasure of handmade cards from school and a normal day running around after everyone in the house of hinge!
A few lovely friends text to see how I was...... it seems mothers day should maybe upset me since I have no relationship with my mother nor wish to have one. Thankfully it doesn't :rotfl: infact more so reminds me of the lucky escape I had all those years ago and how very grateful I am to have 3 amazing children of my very own!
Today has been a doing day, lots of doing tip runs, sorting, flinging and cleaning. a bit of a anticlimax after the chaos of the last few weeks and abit bleurgh.
I have a quiet day planned for tomorrow, waiting for a delivery to arrive and packing Missy Hinge's suitcase ready for her school jollys!...... maybe even some sit on my @$$ with some knitting watching Jezza Kyle if I am really lucky!
Money looks "ok-ish" will need to be careful until after rent day as it looks rather tight :cool:Living in a superhero induced haze :A:A

I hate that excuse from men. It is such a cop out. Any flowers are nice. Even when Him made u walk to the supermarket for *custard pots* for jelly the other night, and was so disappointed as they didn't have any bunches of daffodils and thats what he really wanted to get... just the thought cheered me up
You are always busy busy. I hope you are having a nice quiet dayhow are you feeling about Miss H going away now? How is she about it?
Stripes bless the King, I hope he is getting better? xx

I wish we had one of those fairies, be great if they could pick up the dirty laundry and load the dishwasher at the same time 😀
Missy Hinge left Dover 2 hours ago and is currently on the ferry! She will have a fab time I'm sure!Living in a superhero induced haze :A:A

I'm sure she'll have a fab time. I'm also fairly sure you will be a nervous wreck by the time she gets back, and if you are anything like me you will have nervous eaten your way through a hundred packets of biscuits!! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
