whatever you do make sure you sent it special delivery back to them. Sounds obvious, but make sure there is no excuse they can use to get out of paying...0

I wonder if there's a timeframe on this because my sister has spat the dummy out with me over something silly & is no longer speaking to me. I found out they wanted their phone back by a forwarded email she sent - as she wont speak to me :rotfl: In that case i'm not volunteering help. I'll help when she asks for it like a normal person.
The seller has always sent the phone via 1st class recorded. This is very risky imo & i'm surprised they did it for a £350 phone. If it'd have gone missing, they'd have been knackered basically.0
