I see Microsoft have updated me to IE 10 without asking. Apparently, this autocorrects on MSE, so if I write 'Rummer' it underlines it and demands I call her 'Rammer' ! :rotfl::rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl: please do not call me Rammer :rotfl::rotfl:

The beds are not in a good way so I am going to wait until the start of April and then start planting and potting up :D

I have been dropping in but didn't want to keep messaging myself :rotfl:

Maybe everyone is away making loads of money, landscaping their gardens and planting up a storm ;)

Yes, we did a bit of planting after sorting out running repairs on the chicken enclosure.:) It was sunny first thing, then a matter of dodging heavy showers.

When confined in the polytunnel I've been splitting & re-potting perennials. It's a habit left over from our nursery days, but I've been trying to multiply things we can plant behind the new hedge at the front, or along the stream. ;)

Speaking of the stream, it was almost dry yesterday, but now it's running quite strongly again. Far from dried-out here!

Still no Panto photos to share. :(Someone must have the memory stick!

Up and down, and up and down again, the M4 today, enough rain to float the marie celeste :D

Had 5 layers on today, but sitting in a chill draught for several hours still wasnt warm enough, though later it got up to 9 degrees outside and loading cars soon warmed us up.

A bit of warmth + sun would be lovely and really start to bring out the scents of the bulbs trying to flower. Might even think of planting my spuds :D

Sadness, KIA description in among some WWI silks. Wife named her house Ypres afterwards. :(

    morning all:j:j

Alfie I was thinking my armpits were a bit smelly that's why its been quiet:rotfl::rotfl:

After the funeral on wednesday, we decided we needed to start going out again.. sooo we told everyone we would be out on saturday..I had forgotten the rugby was on:cool:, AND Wales won:j, so just imagine it.. everyone in the pub drunk, and you walking in sober, and your drunk friends coming up to talk to you, AND because you haven't been drinking in there for about 4 years, all the kids have made it their local:cool::cool:

SO we left at 10.30pm. Flipping heck I feel old:o:rotfl:

Managed to get 10 small items that were quick to list for ebay, all listed up and scheduled to start tonight, Might do a few more today.

Weather looks grey and murky out there..:o:o

    I've been Money Tipped!
I haven't been about because haven't really wanted to think about it all this week, still raw.

    But ok.

The heating is a pain, especially as the complaints procedure is not as actually laid out by mcs. The heating is kind of ok, for me it's the lack of hot baths, when low and/ or sore a bath really is 'healing' to me. The boiler decided to work again late on Thursday, so the heating hand been trying since Friday morning. Need to warm the house before we can think of a bath though, and because its was so cold the tank was losing temperature quickly and monitoring everything every twenty mins or so is pretty boring and time consuming.
