I knew what you meant I was just being my usual wicked self.
I have found that practically everything is possible if you are prepared to pay for it, rozee. It's just a case of finding someone who can do it. A really good blacksmith who understands stoves possibly?rozeepozee wrote: »That link picture is atrocious! The pic above is Clearview, I believe? What I want to say about this right now would be bleeped out by the swear checker
Yes, on all counts. Link was Woodwarm.0 -
We have a friend or two now who convert woodburners, so we might have a word with them about the Rayburn Royale... I'd hate to see it go the way of the old 1950s Caravan. I was gutted about that.0

oooooo poop:mad: just had a post and it went awol:mad:
basically it said. I allways wanted wooden windows in the ranch, but now i have had time to think about it, we will prob go for upvc:o for 2 reasons.... money, and the fact that this year i have noticed i havent got the energy etc like last year, whether its because of the weather, having such a poop year in work, or just generally my age etc...i dont know.
Rhiwie my pvc knickers have 2 bids:rotfl:
Now that we only have a few more weeks left of 2012, what do you think we have learned from this year? and what do you think 2013 will be like? the same? worse? better? financially, world economy, weather, prices going up?
do you think ebay will get quieter sales wise, or do you think more people will be buying and selling?
Bought myself a bottle of asti spumante yesturday, I used to drink it regular, but now its only for christmas, really tempted to open it tonight, 2 glasses and i am piddled:rotfl:Work to live= not live to work0 -

We put in UPVC windows for ease of maintenance. Never regretted it.
Knickers, will they make as much as my Y fronts?
I think 2013 will be a very tough year for many with growth pretty flat. Many savers will continue to see the real value of their savings pot diminish with sub-inflation interest rates. I suspect we'll see more high street failures as well.
Online shopping is an increasing trend, so my feel is that Ebay will continue to grow, but you may have to work harder to get good results. Having stopped car booting since the summer, nearly all sales are via Ebay and we've sold a months stuff in the last two weeks. Nice to have a second string to your bow, as I think Osborne will make more raids on benefits, pensions etc. BUT, we're fairly happy atm, the micro-business we started when DW left work in Feb has generated the same amount of income as her job did and we dont have any bosses to tell us what to do
Weather I expect to be as unpredicatable as this year, more extremes, more wet weather0 -

so i take it, this venture isnt a private one, is it some sort of enterprise, community scheme thing?
Rhiwie. I have posted over on thread on the green board this morning, just wondering if you could give me some info/advice on this, and also where would be the best place to buy the stuff ( brother and step uncle are electricians so i am sure i could get them to do all the wiring in etc)
