free listing weekend on fleabay, so it looks as though they are doing 2 a month on average....

what i have read on other threads, people are doing the listings on fleabay, but putting them to start on x day and x time ( so actually starting doing the listings on a friday), BUT when the free listing days arrive, they are then going into the listings and changing the listing time to start straightaway...so this saves some of the hassle of doing the listings one after the other etc, and the listings can finish on a certain time in the evening;)

CTc - Do you have to pay a fee for doing it that way? Asked Mrs Tight wad.

I think someone suggested the flower might have been this:

oooo I think they do schedule a time for it to start ( there is normally a fee for this ) but they must go and change it, to start straight away, before the time shedule kicks in...

sooooooooo basically do all you listings to start at 10pm on a sunday, but at 9pm go and change them to start straight away...

If you go to post 196, this is how i knew about it

:cool::cool::cool: i will settle for a crummy house, even if it a little bit of land:cool:;)
Found you lot! Better late than never, eh?

CTC, this was not the image I had in mind when we thought we'd buy a dream house in the country frontandgardeny.th.jpg

But we are going to make it our dream and when it comes down to it, it's the outdoors that's important. The house only needs to be functional.

This is the draft sketch of what it could look like if we raise the roof by about five feet draftfrontelevation.th.jpg
We've been up there today. The weather was glorious and I so didn't want to return to the rental property in the village, even though it's a perfectly good house. We will be making renewed efforts to site the static next week so we can at least be up there tidying up and clearing out. I took some more pics today so will try and upload them if the twins behave.
