I really do appreciate all your thanks, and support... but i think i am going to need it more than ever now:)

The ground is quite damp/wet, but it is over shadowed by over grown trees which havent been pruned/cut back in years.... so i think this is going to be one of the first jobs ( that can be done without spening money except for petrol for the chainsaw) to open up and dry the ground up

Its super! Its bigger than looks from front, andi bet you are able to make it idylic. The land is very pretty and looks like its quite private too. I like the descirption and look of the shape, which will enchant you through it.
