No gate hole yet alfie, (that wall between the room that is going to be our kitchen and the red brick building next door....has a wall in it that will all have to come down and go back up around the gate!)

I won't be able to get measurement for other till next week at least, but will tell you when i have them.

I am going to need loads of reclaim stuff, so will compile a list in first week of july hopefully!

I was not bound and gagged but did have a migrain this morning.

Might be easier to decide a rough size of the gate and then get one within that range? Then you can build the wall round the gate???

X and I found a glorious set of double doors being taken out of a georgian building one New Year and bought them for a fiver. We wanted to connect two rooms and had the hole made to fit the doors.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

Have you been able to make progress with the house ?

I would love to celebrate soltice up at stonehenge one year, but the other people scare me a bit.
