Hope all the absentees are OK & just too busy.

    I'm fine. :D

I don't smell very good though. Mr Dog's dogs were on their own, locked up and kicking off this morning, so I treated the boundary to a few buckets of comfrey water/decomposing comfrey. I'm hoping to convince him his drains are boogered. :)

Trouble is, I got a bit on me too, so I couldn't tell how effective it was! :rotfl:

    Dogs stopped shortly afterwards though.;)

I'm still reading, but been gardening while had decent weather... Gone grey again now so not done any today as had counselling session at lunch time and by time over that the sun had gone... Found some scapes on the garlic that OH missed though, and pulled a few weeds despite grey skies.

Still have squashes and toms need potting on. But did too much yesterday, so hope the rain holds off tomorrow so can get them done before next lot of rain etc.

Peas and beans we planted in garden are getting eaten. As are the morning glories. Feeling depressed about the garden despite the nice colour of some of the cranesbill geraniums.

Worked so hard on sowing and growing and potting on and now the ^$%^$*&^ slugs have had the benefit of my work. Grrrr! Got a few broadies coming on in big containers in front garden, just hope we get some crop from them - heaven knows if the bees found them or not. Flowers going over, too soon yet to see if any beans coming or not.

Probably slugs but we are having a nightmare with pigeons eating beans, quite tall peas, and anything remotely cabbage like.

Oh and rats eatign the slug pellets (they really like the enviromentally sensitive ones, been seen working their way through a whole area harvesting them).

Has anyone heard of anything like a small chicken coop alarm?

I suppose I'm looking for something that has a PIR sensor and a remote unit that I can put in the bedroom.
Ideally it wants to be weatherproof and have a adjustable sensitivity, not much good if it doesn't pick up a fox sized object.

I've looked and found various ones, but nothing designed for the use to which I want to put it and nothing else seems to fit the bill.

    Over to you :)
