Celebrated with a crack of dawn car boot and took 2nd best ever takings.

Sold a pricy miners lamp on Ebay overnight as well, so stock levels dropping so quickly I'll need to go and buy some more stuff!

Plant sellers both sides today, lovely plants too.

Yes. We always got the 'main' builder to give us a quote & then paid their daily rate each Friday.
We did the vast majority of the ordering (having our own accounts with the suppliers) so could negotiate the best rate we could & not have the middle man put their 'cut' on top.
It does mean that you, initially, have to learn a lot of new things fairly quickly & make decisions on the go but, if you keep on top of what's happening, you keep costs down in many places - apart from 'the unexpected' .......... which one can always expect....... but never know what it will actually be. :D
