I joined Garden Organic last month, choille. Suddenly what I once considered totally obscure is really interesting - and important!

The gallery in this website is gorgeous.

We have a Forest Garden around here and there's a seed exchange next week which I plan to go to. I'm kinda hoping I can rope in the chappie who runs the Forest Gardens to have a look at our bit of woodland (which is currently blooming marvellously) for some guidance.

Nothing quite like a cat bite to make your fingers throb like hell. I used to live in the town centre backing onto the railway and used to catch feral cats for the Cats' Protection League so they could be neutered and released.

Horses sound like ever so complicated beasts.....

Anyway, g'night folks. I've sadly got a headache after only one glass of wine. Reckon I'm dehydrated! (That's my excuse anyway).

The Crofting federation is a brilliant org & the talks are always really great & relevant to us.
Unfortunately we are rather out in the sticks so don't get much in the way of like minded souls re that sort of thing although there are great things happening over on the East coast - but too far off for regular top ups of ideas & stuff.

Not done much outdoors coz of weather & shifting stuff about in house build that takes ages.

LIR hope 'special girl' isnt in too much discomfort..and it eases by moving her to the yard...

Thank you for all the best wishes... I really wish we could have spent the whole weekend there, but we have a funeral to go to a Hell's Angel friend of ours died, he was only 45, massive heart attck:o. so that is tomorrow... going to be a HUGE one. and he was such a lovely guy, built like a big 'poo' house and looked like a mean machine, but a lovely gentle guy...

So we decided to close today and monday in work, but hubby and eldest is doing the normal site run today. we will prob not do any work untill sunday and monday.

Went to take loads of pics to show you, but the batteries run out:mad::rotfl: so will have to get a new set of batteries today.

Weather wise it looks as though it might be a better slightly warmer day today:T

Rhiwie.... when would you and DW like to come and give my place the once over? the only thing is there is no cold water:eek: and cant find the outside stopcock, so will have to phone the EA to ash the 'previous':D owners where it is, either that or one of the neighbours are playing funny boogers
