Can't believe it is Monday already...but nearly over and on to Tuesday so happy days!
Had a busy day today, walked into work and took my own lunch and satyed away from the cafe and shops so that was good. Contacted the Payroll people about opting out of the Pension as you can opt in again at any time so may as well try and use the money for debt busting.
Just got back from Training, had to pay for this class so was £8 for me and Emily. Was a tough session but we enjoyed it! I need to mail my other instructors to tell them we won't be attending on Thursdays anymore so will do that tomorrow. Will be chuffed in the summer when my gym membership ends as won't be re-newing that so that too will save a few quid.
Had a good day MSE wise too as Emily has managed to sell the concert ticket (to a gig I was gonna take her to) to her friend for a tenner, so they can go together and I am a tenner up for the debt pot! Plus her mate is buying a pair of Emily's jeans that she brought from TKMaxx, pretended they fitted her and then took out the tags etc and then admitted that they don't! She won't be doing that again i can tell you! They only cost a fiver but her mate is buying them for a fiver so that is fab, so that is a total of another £15 for the debt pot!
Gonna get a few more bits on ebay very soon to try and make a few more extra quid. Emily had been planning to do the gym at School in PE today which would have been £3 a shot and she decided to stay at School for PE and this saved the £3
All starting to come together.
I need to properly budget this month so plan to do that over the next day or so now that I have been paid, so I can work out paying a few quid towards the cards xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -

Well heard back about my Pension today, have to complete a form which means I can opt out from the next pay packet, 27th March so that is something so I will complete the form tomrrow and not pay into the pension for a bit until I am financially more secure. Should mean a bit more in the wage packet against the debt for more debt busting. xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0

Not much to report back on today other than the fact I managed a 3 mile run and also I helped out at my first Kids Kickboxing class and absolutely LOVED it sooooo very much. The kids are adorable and I am already looking forward to next week as I found it great fun and a real laugh too
Time for bed!

Another NSD today methinks!
So far in the last week only spent on Saturday - food shop, Monday - Kickboxing, Thursday - some Pens for Emily's art work which were a couple of quid in Tesco. Really chuffed as before I reckon I would be spending ever single day!
Gonna complete this pension form now and hand it to HR to stop my pension for a bit xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -
Hey,
Well done on the run
I'm starting some courses to be a personal trainer, so I can imagine how rewarding and fun the kickboxing class was. Only problem is that I need to get fit!

Well am trying to look at paying a little amount towards a debt every week to try and see the amount coming down slowly but surely. I have managed to pay £62.30 towards the Virgin card today which is quite a bit more than I would normally expect to pay but after the extra few bits taken back and things sold etc, I could pay that to help bring the balance down to £25 which is the amount that Virgin will take on the 16th March so that will then clear that card and next to hit will be the HSBC as that is the only card with interest on it. xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0
