  • Thanks all - advice taken, absorbed and understood. I will be ignoring their persistence in equal measure. Power to the voice of Forum's like this!
  • My problem is the debt collection agency is now going to take me to court. I did park all day as I was bag pcaking with my brownies in one of the stores. The store notified them and since all this started I have contacted the store who have again told the company I was there. They have not acknowledged to me this.

Please start your own thread. In the meantime I'm amazed that you've read this thread and STILL think the debt collection agency have any power !!!!

  • I have received a letter off G24 as a 'Final Notice' with no other notices previous. I then got bombarded by letters from DRP Dept Recovery Plus? I am obviously worried and curious as Iv heard that these parking tickets are scams? Do I need to pay this?

    Advice appreciated,
    Thanks!

  • I received a parking fine from a company called G24 today, the fine was for £100. It shows photos of my car arriving and departing the car park. However I have read posts on here which state I should ignore the letters sent. Is this correct? Would appreciate any advice with this. Do I need to appeal the fine or just simply ignore? Thanks

Read the NEWBIES sticky thread and stop reading stuff dated 2012 you find on Google. Look at the dates before you read threads on forums. My signature tells you how to get off this thread and find today's list, including 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'.

As that sticky will tell you, complain to the retailer Head Office first. Not appeal to them, COMPLAIN to them and demand it is cancelled.

NO REPLY HERE PLEASE, THIS IS NOT YOUR THREAD AND IT GETS CONFUSING.

DID YOU NOT READ JUST ABOVE:
