Hi all, just a quick update as I spent £3.35 on lunch out. Luckily the parking meter wasn't working and the friendly parking attendant told me not to worry about looking for another so saved some money there (makes up slightly for the 2 parking tickets I got last year!).

Hi everyone
Well, I had an ok night last night - I was not really in the mood for it, but it turned out ok. Spoke to the manager who isn't my manager technically, but they work together and are married, and my manager is male, whereas she is female so I'm a little more comfortable talking to her sometimes which they know and are fine about! ... Anyway, she came over to talk to me, and we talked for ages and I got a little upset (told you I wasn't in the mood to be out last night!) because she was being so lovely and I felt so bad about not being in work. She confirmed that the director is trying to find out about Oc. health for me as she's sure there's something they can do... also mentioned the phased return that the Dr had suggested and she said it was a good idea rather than sort of throwing me back in at the deep end with everything to catch up on. So I'm glad we spoke because now i'll feel happier when the Dr rings tomorrow to discuss. I'd rather go back phased than not go back for another week I think. I'm turning sedentry, I'm sure!
anyway, downside was I blew my planned spends out of the water and spent £31.95 in total. The meal was £15 - set pricing. Oh, and I also got a £25 parking ticket, in the place where I've been parking on an evening for I reckong the last ten years, and never realised it was metered on an evening. Gutted, but have rejigged budget next month to cover and it's do-able. Thank goodness it's virtually pay day as it goes to £50 if not paid in 14 days  So I'll pay on Wednesday.
Today I'm shattered, but have made a loaf of bread and some rolls, so at least that's something acheived. I think that will be it for the day... just want to veg out.:D
Hope everyone is having a lovely week - it's gorgeous outside here, blue skies, birds singing, bright sunlight, fresh breeze. The closest I will get to it is stifcking my head out the window. Not wearing make-up :rotfl:

KirstyO - I'll add you on next week's challenge, no problem. You could give yourself a budget to the end of this week if you like and I'll add you this week too?
Freebyfifty, scotmumof3, Bailey's Babe - good work on all your NSDs, you guys are putting me to shame as usual!
Anitalouisa - you're within budget so perfectly justified to have a nice lunch!
pp - sounds like you're having a nice week and you'll be back on the wagon soon enough! How is the new place?
Barbeduk - lucky you with your nice parking attendant! I swear he must have seen me get out of my car looking at the timings on my ticket, but hey ho! Only the second ever parking ticket in my life so not too bad I guess........ grr!

Evening all
Well i have had 4 NSD's i think, which is because i have about £3 left in my purse until payday on Tuesday. i seem to have thrown the change from a few budgets together, and this is what i have.
Went out for lunch on Tuesday with a friend, was supposed to just be going to her house, but she suggested going out. but then bless her she treated me. :j
Managed to resist going to the shops since then.
Am pleased with the NSD's but am obviously still red. but could have been worse and managed to keep my focus.
Looking forward to the weekend with hubby, havent seen him for 10 days, but planning a cheap weekend, planning to go out walking and taking photos and just enjoying each others company. Can't wait. :j:j:jSPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
