Dont think it would have been a good mixed, DH empty bottle of spiced rum (guess I should be grateful he tidied up after himself - lol), bottle of white port left over from about 3 xmas's ago - only a measure left in that and a bottle of nigretta (spanish cheap knock off of spiced rum). Plus would probably have broken my neck on the ladder.

Trying to get littles to eat lunch as DD1 starts playschool at 12.30 and we will have to leave at 12 to get there on time. Better get them dresses I guess!

Little one is feeling better....she's just a a weetabix and so far so good. I'm letting her watch 2 programmes on Cbeebies (Roly Mo & Something Special) while the food settles then she's back off to bed to listen to another Nursery Rhyme CD until about 3ish then she can get up and try some porridge or something. More boiled water about to go in the fridge to chill.

I really need to stop procrasting and do another load of dishes & the ebay listings Later :wave:

I want to get 70 things listed on ebay tomorrow.. and ahve 'only' got 40 sorted out so need to find a few more bits.. all good fun..

Pigpen - 70 things!!!!! What sort of stuff are you listing?? I have got boxes of stuff in the loft but I hate listing things on ebay. I hate all the wrapping - i'm so rubbish at wrapping, plus my dd always wants to 'help' which certainly doesn't make things any easier!

Why does it all go horribly wrong at the weekend, we weren't even home on Saturday, I did a quick tidy up on Sunday morning as the in-laws were coming for lunch and woke this morning to think that a bomb had hit the house (okay my fault for having an early night and leaving OH in charge of nightime tidy).

So so far this morning i have been sorting out the kitchen - why does he think that by soaking the pans they will finish washing themselves:mad:
Kitchen is now sparkly and I am having a quick sandwich while catching up here, but Moggins you have changed your order, so my afternoon /evening is now different to what I was expecting (does mean that when the kitchen comes along this week it's allready been cleaned;)

List still to do -

A while ago Pigpen said that she'd not figured out how to cook a joint in the slowcooker.. And I reacted with: WHen you do figure it out, be sure to let me know!

It wasn't until about a day later when it popped into my mind that she was talking about a piece of meat!. My first thought to that post was: Why would you want to cook a joint in the slowcooker?.. I always smoke them raw!!

Anyway... blushing all over and done with now.. I've spent the morning visiting MIL, and we just all got back in the house. I'm eating some lunch now and will get cracking with the cleaning in a few moments.

i really must start doing this but i have so little time to do anything when get in rom work i dont have the inclination to do housework but i must cos i'm having a party at the weekend so need to get the house sorted will try to follow this weeks plans plus fit in everything else i need to get done
