Instead of DH hammering and banging in the bathroom I have.. one guy in there banging away (smutty thought there!) and another outside playing on my poo pipe... PMSL... ok.. one if fixing plasterboard to the walls and the other is replacing the stench pipe... in either case I have 2 people hammering away in my head!!! I think I may have to go to shop!!

LO colouring in the front room, she is lost without the others here to play with.

Onwards we go!! See you all later!

Monday
Living Room, Hallway, don't have Stairs and Landing.

1. Declutter and tidy- done
2. Hoover and dust
3. Swish away any cobwebs-there was none or bf does it cos am so short!
4. Dust TV screen- gave it a quick clean this morning
5. Clean coffee table- don't have one.
6. Empty wastepaper basket- don't have one.
7. Clean skirting boards- did every room before work. My bf thinks have gone mad with all this doing things before work!

I also did last nights dishes, made the bed, hung a washing on dryer, put another load in and looked out the stuff I want to list on Ebay then made our butties for work.
Working till 6 then will put dinner on, quick wipe of the hall and living room floor and get bf to take pics of the Ebay stuff so I can eventually list them after dinner.

It's not the kitchen!! :eek: very clever moggins was hoping it was though as it's still clean and tidy lmao, not to worry the living room could do with the once over anyway so it's probs a good job lol

It's half term this week and you wouldn't even know it, DD#1 is at College (she's gutted cause they don't get half term - haha!) DD#2 has gone to nanas for the day (and night) and DS2 is away out with his mates, he'll be back tonight when he's hungry probably. So no excuses for me today.

To do list:

Dailies
Have a looooong walk to the local shops
Purchase gas/elec
Mooch about in Sainsburys
Get key for car from OH (I'm getting it back - yay! :j )
Organise car insurance, MOT
Finalise shopping list for tomorrow
Look at, but not do, the washing :rolleyes: it's raining!

Did stairs on Thursday so will do a quick once over - DONE

Also in living room

Clean leather sofa - DONE (quick swipe, used stardrops last time and it seems to have dried it out a bit - maybe get some saddle soap?)
Clear dresser draws - DONE
Clean top of doors - DONE
Clean curtain pole - DONE
Clean top of display cabinet - DONE
Clean top of mirror - DONE
Cleared out display cabinet cupboard underneath (3 empty booze bottle for recycling;) )

Well as I had to get the step ladder out I thought I may as well do all the high jobs

Also need to:-

Do pigsback click through + free point comps
Get DD1 to pre-school
Put rice pudding in slow cooker - first attempt at this so may go
Look for stuff to ebay tomorrow & photograph
Put WM on - looks like rain though
Do the huge basket of ironing really don't want to do this one

Off to do the rice pudding - at least this way if it does not work I will have chance to throw it before DH gets home;)

i was just about to put pride and prejudice on the dvd and sit here most of the day (my day off) in my pjs. instead i'm going to shower, cook and eat my porridge, do the rest of my list (in my pjs i expect) and then sit with the dvd!!!! my plan for this aft is to knit a scarf for my friend's birthday next week, which will go well with watching pride and prejudice

Didn't see the list until 5 minutes ago so I've done the kitchen and bathroom But I polished and vacuumed the living room too and through the hallway so I'll just catch up with the extras in the living room when we get to kitchen day. I have decluttered a few of my husband's things (while he's at work ) because it's recycling day tomorrow and I can get rid of the evidence quickly.

Dull here again today so I've just hung the washing round indoors. I put it out the last two days and it didn't dry at all.
