Regarding ownership of these two companies, CAG have been researching this matter and although there is a Leeds common denominator, they seem to have different named directors. Whether they are just figureheads and there is some unknown person who is the actual owner of both companies, then I don't know.

Thanks for all your responses. Just so I'm clear, am I best ignoring this letter or sending one last response stating "any evidence my partner left the car park (reason for ticket), i.e. CCTV would also show she wasn't the driver"?

I would not bother he has been told, he has two choices forget it, or issue proceedings against the keeper who he has been told was not the driver. Were he again will undoubtedly be severely spanked in a county court. for bringing an action against the wrong person, for which he has a history!
