66.7 kg today. That's - 0.4 kg since last week.

The last time I got down into the mid-66s was mid-December, after I stopped doing the Dukan diet.

    To translate, that's 0.8 of a pound.

Going to aqua-aerobics this morning. Went to look at another thing yesterday at the local leisure centre - deep-water aqua. You have a padded belt around the waist, bit like a life-jacket, and you get in the deep end which is 2 metres deep - way over my head! - and you don't sink, but you're enabled to use the water for support and resistance. Apparently it's even more effective than normal aqua-aerobics at 1.2 m depth. I'll go along next Tuesday and give it a go.

    Exercise for this week:

    1hr 15 mins of Callanetics
    10 mins walking

Went a bit overboard with the eating this weekend. I still stuck to low carb but I ate far too much, almost a whole bag of salted pistachio's. I've had my nose stuck in a book so was distracted and not concentrating on what I ate. Hope it hasn't affected my weight loss too much this week. I'm back on track now so still time to lose a bit before Saturday.

    +2lbsfor me

    -2for Bendy

5km on exercise bike for me this week :)

Just can't get into it at all these past few weeks. I am cooking healthy meals as you can see from Bendy's weight loss. But my snacking is letting me down, badly!!

Bendy's had a dislocated shoulder now :wall: So been running around behind her all week so not really spending the time I should be doing for me.

    Hello everybody,

Thanks for the charts last week. After last month, I felt quite physically fit but my calorie intake was too erratic so no weight lost.

The last week has been the usual cycling and gardening. Not been able to make any solid plan for the month ahead regarding this thread. Nevertheless, fredsnail, please record
    -2lbs.
  • Ok so not been a great week last week- unable to exercise and drinking too many cups of coffee with a few biscuits (to help take the medication I was on) has added to a whopping gain that I am too embarrassed to log.
I also had some bad family news on top which means I am going to bow for a little while as I have more important things to concentrate on at the moment.

    Beanie - :j:j:j You didn't let me down ;)

Fred - Can I just thank you for doing the charts whilst I was on my journey, and when my life is mine again I will return to loose more and finally make my final target :D (if you are still here)

    Thanks Everyone x

    Hey Everyone,

Had a bit a nightmare week - The day after we were almost robbed... I WAS robbed! At some point my debit card was scanned, possibly by a dodgy cash machine, or more likely after being left behind a bar or something... since fri they have used my card details 9 times, totalling nearly £700!!! Luckily I bank with Lloyds TSB, who have been brilliant. They have kept an eye on the account and have replaced all of the money within hours of it leaving my account. Everything is being dealt with by Lloyds, so it's just an annoyance now as I don't have easy access to my money until my new card arrives.

Other than that, I've been thinking about starting a business so have spent a lot of time looking into it, and have been busy decorating again (will be very glad when it's done!), so I've done almost no exercise this week :o My eating hasn't been bad, but I can't say it's been good either, so I probably don't deserve my 1 lb loss this week.

ETA: Sorry to hear of your bad news Alliwant. :( Take care of yourself x
