Thnx fred. Can you put bendy on the white team please. It's just the exercise one she won't be able to do.
Can you believe the computer on the exercise bike has broke already!!!! Only done about 30km on it.
Amazon are sending a whole new bike out to replace ityou would think they would be able to just send out the computer part wouldn't you. Anyhoo, I'll just need to guess by timing how many miles/km I've done :rotfl:

Hey Everyone,
Aww Alliwant!Sorry to hear about the accident.
Well the diet's gone well today, I've been busy around the house so have burned a few cals, I've also not eaten that much today as we had a bit of a shock earlier... I watched some bloke trying to break into my house!!!!! We saw someone hanging around a neighbour's house when walking to the car, then he wandered to the next house and hung around there while I was strapping the baby in. I just had a feeling that something wasn't right so I drove around the corner and waited as I can see the houses from there... sure enough he came wandering down my path and tried to open my door!!!!! I rang the police while he walked around the house trying to get in. He then disappeared for a minute, then started walking along the path in our direction. Eek! I locked the doors and pretended to be busy texting on my phone while he walked past. He had knocked on my neighbour's door and pretended to be looking for someone (apparently this is something they do to check that there is no one around to disturb them!), luckily she was in at the time. The police took notes and they had 2 or 3 cars looking for him, but I've not heard anything yet so don't know if anything has come of it. Most of the neighbours know about it so we're all on our guard!
In other news, I bought some weights today... http://www.tesco.com/direct/one-body-15kg-vinyl-dumbell-set/208-7935.prd?skuId=208-7935&pageLevel= I'm planning on keeping them next to the sofa to keep my arms occupied while watching tvI just need to get into the habit of using them every time I sit down.

Lolly, what a shock. Glad you spotted what was going on and they didn't manage to get into your house.
Thanks once again for the chart Fred.
Well done to SOW Mrs Night Ryder :T:T:T
1 hour Bodypump for me last night. Just got my bike out to go for a ride, got to the end of the street and noticed that I had a flat tyre so had to come back  Now distracted by the Olympic rowing, but hopefully will get to the gym again tonight.

Thanks for your wishes everyone, I am starting to feel a little less stiff in the neck area today but I feel like I have been racing Phelps in the 200m Butterfly in my shoulders  I cannot believe how much I ache considering how much exercise I normally do ( I thought I was in good condition)
Now I know this is going to sound very weird to most of you but the strangest thing that went through my mind when I was lifted on to the neck/body board and lifted into the ambulance etc. was these people will never be able to lift me!! Even when in A&E they lifted me from the stretcher to the bed I was concerned about how much I weighed, I guess my head is still 100lb behind my body
1 advantage of being off work is that I have been able to watch a lot of the Olympic coverage on the BBC and trust me I have been taking full advantage. I have been on the edge of my seat on more than 1 occasion. It will be a shame when I have to go back to work next week and miss it.
Beanie - I have you down for beating that 10% target next week so don't let me down
Vix - Thanks - that is what happens when I leave the safety of Devon and head into Sussex :rotfl:
Fred - Thanks as always for your hard work doing the charts Etc. :A
Lolly - OMG!!!! Good job you called the police. Hope they managed to catch him.Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
