    Hi

I've been a long time reader but not much of a poster but I was wondering if I could join?

Joined slimming world last week and although I stay for the group sessions (well, two so far), I much prefer some online support and slimming world doesnt have a forum :(

    Hi beanie

I felt like I was really struggling the first week, mainly cause I'm Chinese and we use a lot of marinades with oil, oyster sauce etc and I wasn't sure how to work it out but I started feeling better towards the end of the week as I got my head around things!

Wasn't as bad as I thought though, 2.5lbs lost :)

Thanks for the link.. I was looking for one but the search function comes up with all sorts!

You don't see too many overweight Chinese people, so they must be doing something right!

1 hour Bodypump for me this morning please Fred. Not done much else as I have spent most of the day watching the Olympics - finding it compulsive viewing :)

I feel like I am beginning to get some control of my eating again - so hopefully will get a result when I get weighed on Wed.
