Hi all
I'm neglecting my laptop in favour of watching the olympics! It's so exciting, I can't believe we're doing so well.
Fred - I spent an hour and a half washing and waxing my car - can you do your calculations for this month's exercise challenge please.
I want to take photographs for Autotrader as I'm selling it, but rain stopped play before I'd got that far!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend everybody.

Hi all
Beanie - Andy Murray did you Scots and all Brits proud, he was brilliant!
Spent another 2 hours cleaning the car! All my hard work the other day was undone by the rain we've had, and today I ended up hoovering the inside in a thunderstorm with rain hammering down outside. Luckily I'd already taken photographs.
Enjoying watching the Olympics, it's fantastic for us to be doing so well. It really makes me sad to see people beating themselves up for only winning silver - a medal is a medal as far as I'm concerned!

I've missed the past few days of the olympics being with pete! Although last night i asked pete to get me a drink while we watched walle, and i literally turned the tv on as the runners were in the blocks for the 100m! Lucky as!
I'm feeling quite inspired to get out there and do some sport actually.0 -

How are you going to celebrate?

Morning all
There's not much left of the morning, I started reading my book at 7am and didn't get up until gone 9...
Anyway, last week's stomach upset had a good affect - I've lost 2lbs - and I'm only 2lbs away from the next stone down, so I'm really motivated.
It's 32 weeks since I started and I've lost 33lbs so far - quite a low average, but I don't feel too deprived and I managed to maintain for a whole month without tracking in July. It gives me confidence that I am actually retraining my habits where food is concerned, which is what I want because I've lost weight in the past, stopped whatever regime I've been following, and the weight slips back on again.

Looking good Lois.
