    Hi everybody,

    - 4lbs

to record please fredsnail and also thanks for the chart last week.

I've been doing the usual cycling and gardening. Also paying more attention to diet and general health which is
(long term) "unsatisfactory". The last week I have been so determined to improve things but still a lot to achieve. Still catching up on some sports programmes too.

    Good luck and health.

Can anyone tell me how many calories are in a mug of tea (not cup), with semi-skimmed milk, and one sugar. I'm finding conflicting results on the net.
    Some say 32 others 41.

I think the calories will be in the sugar and, to a lesser extent, in the milk. Conflicting results will be because there is no exact measurement. How much in 'one sugar'? That's the problem. Was it a heaped teaspoon, or a level teaspoon, and how much milk?
