Well done on the changes.
Make sure you drink plenty of water that will help the headaches. If they get bad I take 1 paracetamol to take the edge off them, but you'll get there.0 -

Welcome Mcjordi, it sounds like you have already made some really positive changes, well done. Hopefully the headaches will ease off soon. Is there a local chemist with a scales you could use? It seems a shame not to be able to weigh yourself and keep track of your progress straight away.
Another 1 hour Bodypump for me today please Fred.0 -
no unfortunately they removed it.. wouldnt care it went up to about 30 stone aswell ive found one on amazon that does up to 28 i think for £20.50 delivered so when i get some spare cash ill order it.. gonna do 30 mins on exercise bike when i fully wake up and have a small bowl of cereal.. dinner will be a small portion of beef stew thats in the freezer. plus plenty of water

Hi all
Thanks for the chart Fred and well done for SOTW Dannie. :T
Love the nickname McJordi , are you Scottish? Welcome to the thread.
Fred - please record an hour walking and an hour car cleaning please. I seem to be spending half my time cleaning the car - I'm trying to sell it, but being black, it shows rain marks and dust so I'm fighting a losing battle.
Is anyone watching the Hairy Dieters? They've been doing some great recipes - last night they made their low fat versions of chinese and indian takeaways and they looked really good. We're all probably doing most of the things they're suggesting anyway as most of it is obvious, but I think I might buy the recipe book.
