A STS for me this week please Fred. Not too dissapointed as I know I have had a good week and 'feel' a bit thinner (or is it all my imagination??)

Another 2 hours walking for me today towards the challenge.

Second accupuncture for my neck pain this morning. Don't want to speak too soon, but it is feeling a little easier - hooray!

This is my last week in work - then a lovely long 5 weeks off - so won't be able to use people bringing goodies into work as an excuse for a while ;)
Determined to really get stuck into the exercise while I am off and get this weight moving in the right direction again.

Good luck with the weight loss this week everyone :)

I think the pump part is the same Beanie - but I'm not sure all the fittings (the bit that attaches to the tyre) are the same?

I didn't know either - I googled it - it's amazing if you type any question in there is normally a page with an answer for you.

I'm reporting a 1LB loss this week (I think I forgot to make note of last weeks weight) But I still don't seem to be able to get those numbers to move like before :(

Exercise wise can I log - 42km walking, 6.5km running, 3 1/2 hrs surfing and 1 hr swimming

Hope to get up early and go for another run in the morning before it gets too hot :D

I will try and catch up with all your post's now but it is late so I might have to do that tomorrow

Keep up the good work everyone :)

    Here's this weeks chart:

Congrats to our SoTW fredsnail lol:rotfl:

Well done to all our losers and STSers this week - and commiserations to our gainers - tomorrow is the start of a new path, you can't undo or change the past, but only you can change the future.

Here's this weeks team challenge chart:

Congratulations to Wenlock this week - which team will win this month?

As the month ends next Tuesday I will post the final chart for this challenge next Wednesday.

    Here's this weeks Triathlon challenge:

Congrats to everyone who's taken part - and I will post the final chart next Wednesday.

I've found out who last weeks quote should have been attributed to - it was Martin Luther King Jr - the full quote is "Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."

This weeks quote is by Arnold Palmer
"The most rewarding things you do in life are often the ones that look like they cannot be done."

    Hey Everyone,

    Go Fred! :j

Well I've been away on a last minute holiday (booked 4 hours in advance! lol). Not caught up with everything yet. I didn't eat too much when I was away, but most of my calorie intake came from alcohol :o, so I think it'll be a gain. I'll try to weigh in tomorrow morning, and will see how much I can erase before next week's weigh in :).

I just need to try and get back into a routine quickly as I usually find it a struggle. Will have a read through and properly catch up soon...
