As I expected, my weight has bounced up to 68.4 kg today.
That's + 0.5 kg since yesterday. Can't be true.
I ate a few things yesterday which I don't normally, and we also shared a bottle of wine which - I know - does inhibit weight loss. We had the Christmas pudding with creme fraiche in the evening and, apart from the warm mince-pie and slice of iced Christmas cake after church in the morning, that was really all I had that was unaccustomed and unplanned.
I had a one-egg omelette for breakfast, with cold chicken. We'll be eating that chicken for ever!! Luckily the family are coming on Thursday, just a pop-in on their way to the Channel Tunnel for their ski-ing trip to the French Alps. They don't want lunch, 'just a sandwich', so hopefully they'll help us eat whatever's left of the cold chicken, and we can give them some sandwiches to take with them.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.

Here's this weeks chart:
Congrats to our SoTW Me :j:j:j:j:j:j and congrats to our SoTM efrieze.
Well done to all our STSers and losers this week and commiserations to our gainers - new start next week.
Well done to efrieze who achieved the 5lb challenge this month.
Here's the final team challenge chart for this month:
Congrats to the fairies who have won this week, and congrats to the stars who've won the months challenge.
No one logged any exercise since the last chart so I've not done a chart for Santa's travels this week - the final chart will be posted next week and I'll accept all exercise logged before 1 Jan.
I will post the new challenges for January in the next few days.

Hiya :santa2:
Fred - thanks for the chart and well done for SOTW.
Well done efrieze for SOTM. :T
Hope everybody had a good Christmas. It's been quite a week for us, and not over yet! On Christmas Eve we took MIL out for lunch - she's in a carehome that's an hour drive from us so having her here just isn't practical. On Christmas Day my sister and neice arrived and they've just left us this morning. We were joined by the rest of my family on Boxing Day which was good fun - we split everyone up into teams and had a Sequence competition and picture quiz. We also had a Chinese auction which was a good laugh. Everybody contributed something towards tea, but there was so much food I was panicking about being left with it all so I was desperately wrapping things so people could take it with them!:xmastree:
Today we've got OH's brother, SIL and 2 teenage boys coming for tea so hopefully they'll hoover up what's left.
I'm looking forward to a nice quiet weekend to put my feet up. What are you all planning for New Year's Eve?

We're away over the weekend and New Year, staying in a farm B&B in Pembrokeshire. I bought DH a bottle of Jack Daniels for his birthday on the 30th and we'll probably toast the New Year with that. Where we're going there are said to be lots of lovely walks, and I need the exercise! http://www.thepaddockwales.co.uk/Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.

Ditto to that - Pembrokeshire is beautiful, I hope you get some fine weather to enjoy your walks.
Good luck with the op next month too, I should imagine it will be a huge relief not to be size GG anymore, but isn't A/B a bit too far? I'm a C and I think it's the perfect size - there are always lots of nice bra's to choose from.
