    Hi everybody,

STS since last Wednesday. Seems like the trend is 2lb on, 2lb off, STS for awhile now. Consequently, the 5lb challenge has yet to see any decrease. Setting this aside, my fitness levels have improved.

Dannie, I think it is important that we all recognise how important this is. I was quite fed up recently when I realised that my weight was pretty much the same as this time last year. Then I thought about how much fitter I was and how much healthier I feel. At the end of the day this is the most important thing.

    - 1.5lb loss for me this week and 1 hour spin for me please Fred.

    Hi all

Fred - STS for me this week please. Are we having a week off next week or are you planning to do a chart on Boxing Day/Night? Personally, I don't think I want to weigh myself that day!

    Well done to the stars.

I will do a chart next week for anyone who does want to post a result - however if you don't wish to post a result I will assume a STS for you for next week.

Thanks for the chart and for my SoTW. Amazing that there were no gainers despite being the week before Christmas (or maybe they haven't admitted it to themselves or the scales).

    Welcome shradhagulyani.

I'm expecting to have gained next week - precisely the reason I'm opting out of the post Christmas Day weigh-in!

Well I'm Jewish and so I don't do Christmas - so I have no excuse!
