Hi Cleggie, sorry I haven't posted here for a while.

Hope your first exam went well today, and check you out!! You paid for your car repairs from money that was earmarked for... car repairs! You should be so proud of yourself. Like the other guys have been saying, you have come so far, and are doing so well. We all have little blips here and there, we wouldn't be human otherwise, but on the whole you are so much more aware of your finances than before, and that is often the biggest issue.

    Go Cleggie,
    Go Cleggie,
    Go Cleggie,
    Go Cleggie,
    ad infinitum!

    xx

And a planned major stock up shop for £70 too!

Good luck Cleggie - have been away for the last 2 weekends so haven't been around much (takes so long to catch up on everything on here, especially the GC:eek:, and am just about there now I think!;)

Glad to see yesterday's exam rocked and hope that the one today wasn't as hard as you were thinking - looking forward to hearing from you later on to see how you got on!
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying!:rotfl:

    Afternoon all :)

Well, so far al the exams are going well! I have done Cognitive, Social Comparisons, Stereotyping so far, and have another 4 to go.
Tuesday and Thursday are my next ones, so i am having a night off tonight!

Unfortunately, i cant seem to concentrate on 2 things at once, so the money side of things has gone a bit wrong :(
BUT i WILL get back on track as from tomorrow! Pizza, wine, chocolate and a DVD for me this evening, and i cant wait.

My youngest son has been on his school residential trip from Wednesday until today, i have just picked him up and he is exhausted! They went sailing, kayaking, den building, swimming, just to name a few. Not bad for £120 i dont think, and he has a great time, which means it's worth it.

I desperately need to do a food shop, but havent had the time, so i will have to squeeze it in amongst this weekends revision somewhere.

I hope you are all doing OK and have a nice week? Thanks for all the encouragement, its really lovely to know i have support.

Congrats Rising on the new (adorable!!) addition to your family, i hope she settles in well :)

Am just off to catch up on al of your DFDs!
  • Awwwww thanks Cleggie :D - she is settling in well but the cats are still in hiding. I came in just before with her (having been to the woods) and big cat was on the other side of the front door - needless to say he freaked & ran .... luckily I had "Maisie" on her lead! Wee cat hasn't ventured down at all today as she was chased yesterday :( - really just Maisie wanting to say hello & they were doing OK until she "bounced" and wee cat ran .....

Glad to hear the exams are going well :T - they'll be over soon.

Sounds like DS has had a wonderful time on his trip :) - hopefully he'll be nice & tired out for the weekend;).

Now ....... did you ever think you'd say you've not had time to go to the sm ;) great progress!:T

Aww, your poor cats, Rising. But i am sure it'll al settle down and that Maisie and the cats will get on OK :)

I am enjoying the chocolate and wine this evening. I am putting the kids to bed early and putting the DVD on, then going to get an early night.

I need to update my spreadsheets, as i havent done that since the end of April as i havent had time..oops!
