If the big neon red Krispy Kreme light is on, it means that they are making a fresh batch of standard doughnuts.
Go in and they give you one for free.
Of course you then feel guilty if you just walk out with the free one, and feel duty bound to buy one.......
In Milton Keynes the light is almost always on!
