Thanks
Been on here a little while now and it's helped me greatly.
Whilst I can't start hacking away at debt much at the moment - I have made so many little changes , my money attitude has changed completely. If someone had told me 5yrs ago my household income would drop by more than half & I would still have scraped through 9 months or so .... I would never have believed them

Coco you sound so laid back with everything - a lesser woman would've gone to pieces with all that you've had to deal with. Gotta love that attitude
Keep going

Afternoon All !!!!
Hope you are all making the most of the glorious sunshineLong may it continue .......
Bit of an expensive week so far - one of those weeks when we have run out of all the toiletries, cleaning stuff, soap powder etc etc so had to stock up - needless to say it was all on BOGOF so it could have been worse. Also had to invest in a few bits for myself - mascara etc etc, so feel totally spoilt !
Budget all set for August - hoping to squirrel a little away towards deposit. Still waiting on response from Secured Loan and Pay Rise notification grrrrrr.......
ebay has a couple of watchers on it, and have just done a couple of surveys.
I have made a pledge that I must be more productive this weekend instead of sat on my backside on the sun lounger or watching TV (nice though it is). I also need to do something about my energy levels (or rather lack of) I just seem to be tired all the time and everything is a bit of an effort ... I suspect lack of exercise and eating too much rubbish may well be the issue - need to sort this out !
Right, back to the grindstone....... Enjoy your afternoon everyone.

I've been reading your remarkable journey quietly and send you all my best wishes for your amazing attitude and resilience.
I just wanted to say dont be too hard on yourself about doing something more at weekends. I know its easy to thnk we should all be 100% productive all of the time but I also think you need to listen to your body. Sometimes it needs to recover - however that may be - wine/ choc/dvd's
You have been pushing yourself so hard through everything that you need the downtime I imagine to be able to recover for what's round the corner.
Take it easy when you can so you can continue to be the best Mum that you are.
Hugs
