I have some shocking news for you all ............ ITS RAINING :rotfl:
So another weekend of rain , it's getting really boring now !
I fell asleep on sofa till 2am, then woke up and went to bed & have just got up !! Not sure if I have had too much sleep or not enough really. House is a tip , washing overflowing & grass is wildjust the usual then. Going have to wing it with groceries for rest of month & just buy what I need each day once meals are worked out I think. Following £££ spent on car and 2 unexpected expenses , I really am broke this month. So no change there then
Further correspondence re MRS scheme this morning - from the looks of it , this whole thing takes 3-6 months ...... But at the end of it I would have a rent amount of 1/2 my current mortgage /loan .... That's a big difference ! Also , ex said he will leave my money as it is once it's done so mortgage have less to chase him for once it's done .... Can't help but think he would be better stumping up the extra £200-£250 a month now to ride this out till house prices go up - either way it's all good for me. And , secretly I want to move so ..... So either way , long term things are looking up
Ok , that's my daily 15 mins of thinking about house / mortgage etc - I now have my "worry" time allocated each day and it seems to be working - then I move on and get on with my day
First things first - the bathroom !!!! Considering little boys love playing armies , soldiers , guns etc ..., they aren't very good at aiming are they !?!?!?! :rotfl:

Morning All
I actually managed a full eight hours sleep last night :T
Probably helped by 3 glasses of wine I drank with my friend last night ! She rang me to say she was coming if I liked it or not !!! Which of course I didn't mind , but , had to nip out and get a bottle of wine so that was £4.99 I wasn't expecting but she always comes with stuff so I felt I should ! Lovely evening , lots of laughtershe bought beers for eldest & sweets for youngest bless her. Eldest took himself to bed @ midnight looking a wee bit glassy eyed .... Bet he slept well
Weather **it again today so no excuse not to get on! Have 2 hours worth of tv to catch up on so that can be my reward tonight !
At least pressure is off my mornings now which makes a huge differencemeans I can get myself up , showered and out the door with no hold-ups / dramas
Going to have to be careful with food budget this week as had (yet another ) unexpected bill yesterday for £30. There is always something ! This is why I hate this ridiculous budget - one small thing and it totally screws me up (don't count wine as bought it with my last T**co voucher ).
Right cuppa time and then to work !!

S**t weather here again so now going to search for the dog in the grass before I start anything today :rotfl:Good excuse I reckon
Have a good weekend and glad you enjoyed your wine

I MUST NOT GET EXCITED !!!!!!
There is a development of houses that I have always liked - was a little out of our price range when we moved here. They recently built 8 more houses. V quiet but 3 minute walk to town .... Perfect.
I have just had an email because the last 2 are nearly ready and they are for rent !!!!!!
Floor plan looks great , higher end of my budget but manageable ..... Maybe worth a look ???!!!
Maybe it's a good omen ..... I MUST NOT GET EXCITED

Glad you had a good night last night. Weather here is good today, lots of sun, yesterday was grey and raining all day.
Not sure what I'm doing later today, if the weather holds some friends are talking about chucking something on the BBQ - we shall see.
Right, time to fire up the coffee machine for another fix while I have a look on eBay.One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0
