Banned from the local tip

Our local "recycling centre" (tip) is the same, they are all jobsworths. They once called my father (67) a stupid old fool because he took a bag of rubbish (it was soiled paper from the litter of puppies they had) and would not put it in the paper skip, he told them if they would like to sort it out they were more than welcome to. They soon changed their mind when they looked in the bag.
My husband is always getting banned from there as well, him and his mate love going down there just to wind the operatives up because they are both large lads and twice the size of any of the people at the "recycling centre". So they just throw it a lot in the non recyclable skip, he does separate what he can but does get fed up.
I relaise they have a job to do but they don't need to be so rude.
Complain in writing to the head of environmental services (I'm assuming it's a local authority operation) and ask for a response detailing what action they will be taking.
I work for a LA & we can't improve services unless we know what's wrong.0 -

If local government was run more like a business it would be a start.
Most of the staff are bone idle and only work there for an easy ride,a sick scheme and a pension. The people in charge only stay in local government because they couldnt cut it in the real world.
To much power is given to people in local authority employment what right as a Tip Rat to tell anyone what he can and cant do.0
