Banned from the local tip

My BF has been banned from our local tip (recycling centre).
My front wall fell down so he took some hardcore to the tip. they told him he could not dump it there and in a moment of tip rage he told them he wasn't taking it back again and dumped it anyway.
Now he or should I say his number plate is banned. He tried to use another local tip but this also had his card marked.
As I am decorating my flat I have plenty of rubbish to dispose of.
Anyone got any Ideas on how to get reinstated
Cheers:o

He could try writing a letter apologising for his actions, saying he won't do it again and asking to be allowed to continue using the tips.
If he is in my borough, he won't have a hope of being reinstated as they take an extremely hard line on this but he should write and apologise anyway for his totally inappropriate actions.
I wouldn't be at all surprised to find he gets a bill in the near future for the cost of removal from the tip site of the hardcore.0 -
why would they not let him dump it?0

They said he could only dump 3 small bags or the equivilent. the wall was only small so there was not tonnes of rubble. but obviously too much.
Now I am having a kitchin fitted and my small garden is getting more full of rubbish by the day.
I will have to take it in my little car but am a bir scared in acase i get in trouble for dumping the wrong type of rubbish
there are soooo many rules and regulations now0 -
For goodness sake, it's ridiculous, isn't it?!
At our local tip they would let you dump that provided they don't suspect you are a builder (ie any DIY dumping is allowed).
Do they want to encourage fly tipping?!!!!!!!!MFW 2019#24 £9474.89/£11000 MFW 2018#24 £23025.41/£15000

Sounds like they are being pathetic to me. In the last week I have taken 12 car loads to my local tip without a question. Write and complain. They can not stop you taking your domestic waste.0

Thanks for your comments.
I think they are being JOBS WORTH and this does encourage fly tipping. You would think they would want to encourage us to dispose of waste in a responsible way0 -
They usually are very careful on hardcore as builders etc try to avoid costs of skips and use different vans each journey to get rid of hardcore. Also costs council more as they cannot load the huge skips up as much if large amounts of hardcore.
Usually best to ask first, or ring - and act friendly and explain it's from a private house - they may still limit but at least you get in!! However - how are non-building trade people supposed to know this?!!DFW No. 344
Proud to be dealing with my debts!!:T0 -
How about sending a letter stating you'll deduct the cost of disposal of these said materials from your council tax bill? I bet that'll get a response0
