Update my to do list

Mon onwards
Argos delievery - due Monday (did arrive in 5th jan)

Need to get presents brought allocated - All sorted

Sort cards - plan is to get a folder and slot cards in ready for people so i don't need to rush and get any "expensive cards"

Still got Christmas items to put away.

Sort out (translates to find... DD passport) shes having her own bank account - opening that Sat - gets a debit card - easier as I can put her pocket money via transfer (narrowed down into suitcase (panic over) done passports found - bank account opened

Set Jan's budget (done all incomings and now all outgoings a bit of a pain 5 week month, but with topping petrol up b4 xmas and being frugal make it through)

Parents wedding anniversary sunday - 51 yrs - DD making a trifle (changed to a cake )- being done 2morcake now baked - just got to have Jam and cream in it tomorrow - frugal as only have to buy cream had rest in house

Clean fridge (darling dad....) - done

Start crocheting baby blanket - need it for end of month half cheated made it for a pram/pushchair size rather than a cot - but it looks nice, now knitting a cardigan to match it.

Wait for my apology letter from M+S with £25 voucher in!!! xx (still waiting - they did say 7/10days)

So pleased to say a week has gone to plan.

Now made my first debt repayment of the year, of £161 - then next batch of money out be next week.

Also sorted out the stuff brought in sales, and have done most of my birthday presents, all mothers day presents and half of christmas presents xx

Have to say a very positive day, family outing to the Panto, it was brilliant, (local production), and then pub for tea (paid for by parents) thou was cheaper as my Gammon wasn't cooked properly - but eat 1/2 of it - got that for free and a free pud.

parents happy with their anniversary presents, - but means now I have to upload the mp3 player for my mother...

Not sure about the rest of the week, quiet week, money it, money out twice as quick but some more bills will be paid!!

xx

had a brain wave - at the mo i save loose change for DD for her holidays, but as I tend to use debit card more than cash - decided to round all my purchases up to the £1 and transfer this to her new bank account, gone back to 1st jan and theres £2.88 waiting for her. It all help out in the long run and make it easier for me keeping tally on bank account (brought a organiser in Boots sale) intend to use to keep me more organised xx

Don't tempt me re. virtual shop. I used to be in the habit of saving things I wanted in bookmarks online, almost guaranteed a couple of days later, it'd be bought.

Good luck with the organiser.

DD went for her blood test today - it almost broke my heart, they had heck of a time getting blood and finally 3rd time lucky, a tear or 2 but we were ok, hoping it is a step closer to finding out what she is allergic to.

Money in today, so have just paid another £260 off debts, feels really gd, just a few bits left to pay but were on route to end up with a couple of quid left at the end of the month. xx

decided that got to start getting more sorted, so setting myself a new challenge each month

jan - organisation - Brought a personal organiser - finishing filling that it
Diary One - Money - all incomings / outgoings and spending
Diary Two - daily / personal diary
Union Jack Notebook -need to list all present in
Birthday Cards - need to see what i have - allocate them
Fins knitting / crochet ideas to use wool up that I have

So if I can keep myself in the habit of using all three - have it juggled nicely by the end of the month and feel like 2nd nature. So come Feb add a new challenge in...

Crafting - Since 1st jan - crocheted a blanket, in pink and white, just finished knitting matching pick cardigan - present sorted for friend - total £3 spent

Went to Boots 70% sale - was hot and miss - glad that I got a wack of stuff in 50% sale, but have managed to have a treat for me, mum, DD as well as finishing off some more Christmas presents. I sort out the presents for the house.

Birthday - 13 birthdays (added 5 extra sets of presents for DD) - All done
Mothers Day - all done
Fathers Day - Half done
Christmas - 55 present - 42 done and 5 half done

No spend day today, thou very lay - sore throat that just doesn't want to shift, think its the dry heat. xx
