hi enchanted i felt like this for a while ,but i have moved main shop from lidl to asda still spend around 20 in asda as have to get hubbys gluten free stuff and cider .we dont go out very much and his cider is an £8 spend ,cutting the shopping from an embarrassing 150 a week easily to roughly 75 a week has made such a positive impact on our bank balance i never carry money as i spend it and go to the bank on a sat for dinner and piano money for kids .
because of our jobs we cant afford to get dmps so we will manage .going to take a while but i will get there .

Hello, folks :D It's been awhile! I hope I'm finding everyone happy and well and moving closer towards their debt free date :T

Hummmmmmmm, where to start? I guess, I need to let you all know that we at the Royal Castle have chosen to venture down the route of an IVA. I feel pretty numb about it all, if I'm honest. I'm not sure I can believe we have done it. It's a huge relief, but also a huge embarrassment. I'm just trying to make the best of a bad situation!

Anyway, now I've confessed all my sins, I can move on. I've not posted, because I feel like such a let-down. I sincerely admire each and everyone's determination to sort out their financial future.

Take Care and good luck on your journey.

Debt total before IVA = £43,350.
