If you go on this website https://www.crimereports.co.uk and type in your postcode.

This will bring up what crimes have been reported in your area and might show up whats been reported in your road.

If he was raided by armed Police, this is normally for serious offences i.e. drugs, having a warrant out for his arrest, serious crime, etc. Police don't raid properties unless its is serious!!

Could you not get in touch with the Inspector at your local Police station to see what is going on!!??

Maybe contact your local Neighbourhood Watch scheme.

Hope it gets sorted out soon!!

Yes do this and then post here when they tell you it's none of your beeswax.

Love that this thread is still going! It like an online version of Corrie!

Reminds me of the time we lived next door to a drug dealer who then got busted and then a prostitute moved in! 3am in the morning she had admirers calling up to her top floor flat. Not so great when you have a new born baby!

Shop them about the benefits if you get ANY crap off them.

I say shop them regardless. Cheating bar stewards!

I have to agree with this comment.

The more pressure put on your... (insert expletives)

    I'm not that way reclined

Jewelry? Seriously? Sheldon you are the most shallow, self-centered person I have ever met. Do you really think that another transparently-manipu... OH, IT'S A TIARA! A tiara; I have a tiara! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me!

you've just given me a good laugh. Thanks!:rotfl::rotfl:

I feel so sorry for you though, I used to live in a cul-de-sac, and my house was right in the corner. I parked my car on my drive way the first day I moved in, and had neighbours knocking on my door telling me to move my car, they needed access to my drive to do their 3 point turns  !

When i refused they wrote a petition and got everyone on the street to sign it (they didn't like anyone new can you tell lol :rotfl:) but legally they didn't have a leg to stand on! In the petition they'd put something along the lines of 'we've always used her drive to perform our turns and now we have no where to do it. We want her car moved' :rotfl::rotfl:

    Was it clearly your drive?

We looked at this bungalow years back, that bit of concrete to the front of the house is 'owned' by the bungalow but had to be kept clear for three point turns.

OP, any updates? Is law expert man thug back?

something strikes me a little weird, your heating was very high, could it be that they were tapping into your heat supply somehow for their house and using it to heat theirs, through pipes rather than it just being a terraced house etc.? shared loft perhaps? im the middle of three ourselves although our loft is bricked up.
