Quick point - the loft space will be seperated - fire regs -otherwise fire could spread from one property straight into the other.May 2018 - £159k + £3.5K CC - let the countdown begin!

Not on all properties.
Our Granddaughter lives in row of terraced houses that you can walk from one end to the other along the attics.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
couldnt people just break into a neighbours house when they are out if that was the case? doesnt seem very secure to me ...0

haha no hes so wrong. I am an environmental officer and we have had residents with flats have cavity wall insulation installed. If they are cold its their problem its a completely seperate property. Id also suggest reporting him for benefit fraud.DMP 2021-2024: £30,668 £0 🥳

Sounds like 2 things are happening here. The first being these people have too much time on their hands and so occupy their time sticking their noses in other peoples business and generally causing trouble for entertainment. Second thing is that they are clearly use to having everything given to them ( including free heat from the neighbours ! ) and so don't like the fact that they might have to turn the heating on.
If they are on benefits they might be entitled to claim insulation of their own from Warmfront anyway.
If I lived next to these people I would ignore them completly. They will soon get bored. I would also report them as potentially claiming benefits they don't need and for all the antisocial things they do. Do they rent from the council or a housing association ? I would contact them and let them know what awful neighbours they are.
Anyway if they are the scroungers you say they are - dont worry they will soon be gone because no doubt they will find a way to get given a larger house and they will move out!
Hope it improves X0 -
Oh wow, I hadn't heard of that law before!
*trots off round to ask the neighbour to turn their heating up as I am getting a little chilly*
Well you did say they come on the MSE site a lot. Maybe they are just taking things a bit too far and are now upset because they will have to change their SOA to include heating costs!0 -
Do you honestly think these chavs would have a clue about the "LAW???".. lol. I bet they know every nook and cranny of the benefits system though.. hahahaha0

So someone creates a new user name because the people he is worried about come on here - and then tells such an outlandish tale that anyone who was involved and didn't recognise themselves probably isn't really capable of using a computer.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Also, I mooch around a lot of different forums and never really come across anyone who sounds quite this bad - do they really sound from the description like a family whio would use MSE:eek:
Apologies if the tale is true - best laugh I have had all week, regardless"If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together... there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart... I'll always be with you. "

Excellent!
I applaud your ingenuity. Did it take you long to think that one up? :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!0
