if this kind of s**t kept happening though, i would be reporting the lifting of weights etc, benefits agencies are definitely taking an interest in this kinda thing at the moment.

do what everyone above has suggested, especially reporting him for benefit fraud. dont speak another word to them and tell them if they really have a problem to take you to court indeed. obviously they cant, you dont share your heating with anyone. if they think you share heating, ask them where your money is for the heating they havent been "sharing"?! scum. of. the. earth. it completely does my head in that scrounging F***s like this exist. I sit at work all day, every day, get my pay slip and almost cry at the tax that is taken becuase i know it's going in the pockets of scumbags like these whilst they are making peoples lives a misery!!!
