Ed - I am also on a cutting out crap diet:T

Hurray!!! I am going to follow your diary for double-helping of inspiration, followed by some tough love for pudding (mmmmmm pudding).

Driving lesson nuts as usual - why do I attract suicidal maniacs who shouldn't be behind the wheel of a tricycle, never mind a car?!

Tonights fun featured some idiot soaring through a T junction in 2nd? gear without any idea of the fact that he was going into oncoming traffic on a busy and narrow road... If I had been 20m further on, I'd have been hit.

I *think* I'm getting better at the driving lark, but only because I know what I'm doing wrong after I've done it. I guess the next step is not doing it :o

Tasty dinner for the next couple of days is roasting in the oven, just planning some more Christmas shopping and waiting for my adreneline slump. Night all!

I also need to start a diet. Just give me a few more days of eating massive packets of crisps and choccys everynight to curb the smoking cravings and then I will jump onto the bandwagon with you all. ;)
  • Well done on the driving front. It's never easy learning but it sounds like you are getting some good experience.

Are you taking a nicotine replacement, or trying to go cold turkey?

It's not technically possible to start a diet while there are crisps and choccy in the house. Well done on your good preparatory work :D.

Ed - it will all click one day, I promise. Then you'll find yourself driving 65 miles home and won't remember any of it - or is that just me .
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Yuck no thanks. They just make me feel sick. BF lives on them. I can quit cold turkey but my will power has been a bit pathetic of late. New Year soon - always do well at quitting at New Year :0
