I think SD is implying she'd have dived down to catch it quicker than it would have fell

Boring day, I would be glad that tomorrow is Friday, but a 3 hour Organisation Development meeting looms large

I am not going to lie, I may have bought 12 bottles of wine from Mr T last night, delivery on Sunday. 1062 Mr T points, extra points for using Mr T credit card and 2.02% Cashback from TCB. Justify justify.
A second contractor is coming to look at our roof tomorrow, I am not looking forward to that bill.- £4 to Freedom Fund

Despite the boring morning, work was actually really good fun

I'm not sure that anything has changed about the work, so hopefully it's my attitude that's made the difference. Trying really hard not to moan, to help others out and to think 'what's next' instead of 'I'm bored!' (toddler style). I think the first aid course boosted my confidence.
Today has been chilled out. I went to L1dl this morning and managed to spend a mere £20. No particular bargains, although got whoopsied smoked salmon and reduced turkey breast fillets.
Then I noticed that our fridge smelled like death  In fairness, we haven't cleaned the whole thing at once since we moved in 19 months ago
So, an hour and 3 bowls of hot water and bicarbonate later and it was fresh and shiny again.
Going sledging indoors this evening for a friend's birthday, then a quiet one tomorrow (until the wine gets here ) No new quotes from any of the contractors yet, but not too anxious.
N@tionwide are opening our joint account for the 5% interest, but for some reason they needed both of our signatures (odd, as I already have an account and never sent them one before).- £2.77 to Freedom Fund
