Yes, many many thanks to the op
Also I checked with the Manager and it seems you can use the gift cards to buy gift cards for other stores e.g. Argos, M&S, Next etc. Any of the gift cards they have on display it seems :j
Not according to the T&Cs on the back of the cards though!ELITE 5:2

I was told I wasn't allowed to do this. The only reason I stopped at £70 was because the staff were getting a bit shirty about it. I still made a profit so am more than happy.:)I am a Dolphin Angel:A

Sorry to hear about yet more friends & relatives with cancer.
A friend I've known more than three quarters of my life but who has moved away 7 years ago, so she has new friends now, has stage 3 ovarian cancer I raced up to be with her for her 1st chemo etc last year & said I'd be at every session except one & if she couldn't get anyone to step in I would cancel my plans & be there too. She got someone else & told me she didn't want me to come back to look after her or come to anymore sessions it was all taken care of. She now refuses to speak to me on the phone or even update me on how she is by text or e-mail. She is a nurse & has always regarded illness as a weakness, its hard to deal with not knowing I even put my address on the back of my Xmas card in case someone is dealing with her post. I didn't receive a card back.
Its been hard not knowing but on Casualty this week there was a woman with the same thing who developed a brain tumour this really upset me , last night I was talking to another friend & realised its the ill friends birthday this week. #
I will send a card & a note but not more I can do, we have actually been on holiday together many times when its been her birthday, really really upset last night & crying now & I feel really sick. So many of us going through so much at the moment.
Freddies Mum don't be down be thankful for what you have, its a good idea to keep busy if you can.
Well & truly trouted this afternoon but thats a story for later0 -

I didn't know that!:j So in effect we could go and get giftcards for any of these places courtesy of WHsmith?Yay!:T:T:T
Edit - it says on the back of the card excluding other retailer's gift cards. But then, we were served by people who didn't care or understand what was going on....I would guess that you would strike lucky sooner rather than later and be able to buy other shop's giftcards...Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -
I can't keep up with this thread at the moment. Thank you to all the people who have given advice, I will get round to thanking the posts. I've just had a none stop busy day. Went to GP went well, she had booked a counseling session for me this afternoon. Went really really well, I laughed, cried and smiled during it. So worth it!:T
Oh and I popped off to tesco and bought some more eggs:o:o
Oh and I found a £6 off £40 spend voucher:j:T:j:T will go nicely with the £10 off £30 spend.
And finally Price check vouchers are so slow atm! I'm waiting for quite a few.
And I keep forgetting to look for the new Price Flop booklets:mad:
Hope everybody is well!!
I see something to do with a Glitch at WHsmith, looks too confusing for me. Took me a week to work out the boots 3 for 2 vitamin glitch:o and it took Boots double the time:D:D
I wish I had hours spare to catch up:mad: I will try to over the weekend. But I won't post as much as I use to just because I have a lot of Uni work and assignments in for the next few weeks.
I'll be back!:p0
