I'm all all streeeeeeeeeeeeeetched - was that you HC :)

Couple of peeps have said they are looking for cheap baby stuff. There is a Boots glitch on a small number of baby/childrens items where the items are half price and also on 3 for 2. In Boots terms, that means you get 3 for 1 and at the half-price amount, because they discount the third item at the 100% price. No idea if they are bargains say relative to buying in T, but may be worth a look

    Big thanks for this :T:T:T

My daughter is expecting in a months time and I managed to get 3 packs of 3 babygro's.....so 9 in total for £7.
And I also found some Fitflops 75% off for my grandaughter. There are quite a few of the kiddies and mens ones cheap....not many ladies.
Anyway I ordered a couple of BOGOF hair gels to take my total to £20 to qualify for free del to store.
    I spent £20.29 and saved £68.75 :j:j

    168 AP's and TCB too
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

i took back the phones to another tesco which was about 25 miles away

This really was a mistake. By doing this you can no longer claim you knew nothing about it - you have made yourself part of it.

It could also be said that you deliberately took it to a far away branch as you knew you were doing something wrong and were hoping not to be recognised - you would have taken it back to your own local branch if you thought you were doing nothing wrong.

Really though I think if you had left it to him to return them you may have been able to argue that you knew nothing about it but you can't do that now.

I think your only argument is that you knew nothing about it until after the event.

Hmm, conflicting IP addresses come to mind.

Hi fudge, soz i wasnt around earlier but think caz and happy have suggested what i would have done. The new problem sounds like your router.... (or the printer is loosing its settings.) You said before you had a problem with sky and they told you not to reset the router.. Its a catch 22 as you need to reset it now to see if it sorts the printer out...! why did sky tell you not to reset it.. is it a new router...?

Thank you both for your help. I think i've come to the same conclusion about the conflicting IP address. Unfortunately finding the current IP address for the printer, is about as far as my expertise goes and OH is poorly at the moment.

I have decided to use the printer non-wirelessly for the moment, until I can turn the router off or OH is well enough to look at it for me. That way at least I can still print.

Neosi, I had reset the router amongst loads of other tests andit finally came back on and stayed connected. As it has remained connected this time, Sky have told me not to switch it off for 10 days as hey have run a line management tool on it

    thanks for the replys

but thanks for pointing that out, i will use that..

Helen, as Caz recommended, ACAS or your union are your best bet for advice, as they will have more details about your contract.

My suspicions are that maybe it was when you returned the phones, that something was flagged. Was the receipt marked with DTD?

If the receipt was not marked, the how are you supposed to know that he got DTD and not just overcharged.
Your DH may have come home with some new phones, decided they weren't needed or vey good and simply asked you to return them for him next time you were getting your shopping.

Did your husband get given DTD without any trouting, or did he have to fight for it?
I ask this, because being an employee of t's, does not exclude you from being overcharged for anything (the till has no idea you work for them), but it may exclude you or your family from obtaining DTD.
If your DH was given it with no quibbles, then surely it would be an error of cs, not yourself (although they may claim that he did not make them aware you were an employee).

The other question I have, is whether your husband purchased anything else when he brought the phones and whether he used ss or a manned till.
If he only purchased the phones, they IMHO he was asking for trouble. If you intend to buy a large item for DTD, best to get it with other shopping, even if it is something else expensive that you will also return.

10 out of 10 for me too - most unusual.
