    Morning all!

Yesterday was a NSD and money card arrived in the post... have a list for today! DD has a plan to make a profit off the Little Miss sweets with her friends! ;)

3Dogs, hoping for peace for you. It has certainly been a long road. When my mother nursed her father through a similar time, it was very dark and, yes, there was a 'light' at the end of the tunnel. Not always how we want it, but peace. :A

and the new look thread- there is a blurb that says we can choose to stay old style... I don't much like the names getting in the way of the posts- takes forever to scroll down!

    :)

I'm with you, I like a cold bed and a cold bedroom. Preferably as cold as my heart.

:rotfl:I must be cold-hearted too then, I NEVER heat my bedroom, and always have the window open at night, the only time I don't is when it's that horrible muggy weather with no breeze, then it's best to keep it closed as it's cooler!
That's nothing, you should see my credit card statement! First few transactions at the beginning of the month are my bills (O2, TalkTalk) and the next 250 transactions are Tesco.:eek::rotfl::rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Oh HC you do make me larf!

Think most folk are struggling with the new format looking at the feedback here

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3796829

Celebrate, see you have already been and given feedback - totally agree that it is going to happen whether peeps like it or not.

I think if we could post the practical aspects of what doesn't seem right on that feedback thread, then the MSE web team will try and accommodate what they can in the new upgrade - there has already been a lot of positive changes following members comments about things that need to be different.

Unfortunately my issue is less practical as I just don't like the look or "feel" of the layout and can't easily articulate exactly why!

yes, go back to the front page of the 'view the new look...' thread and there is a highlighted link to click to 'go back'
(thought I could simply open a new tab- but the new look infected all the tabs I tried!)

Edit: See Martin's first post under the main bit - he replies to yorkshirelass to say they would let people opt for staying as it is. HTH!

I didn't believe clicking the link would work to go back, doesn't seem to do anything instantly, but then it does when you reload-

    WHEW!:T
