That's all explained now my multi-g'd friend :rotfl: You have as many g's as you feel comfortable with, You are very welcome!
Thank youuu!
Sorry you are having a rough time. Job applications and interviews are the most soul-destroying thing. After I moved here, I was applying for things for 5 months, and not even getting responses/interviews for the most basic admin jobs. I feel so ridiculously lucky that the ideal job came along, but I could have done without the 5 months of self-esteem destruction that occurred before it!I'm a Money and Debt Adviser for a homelessness and housing charity in Scotland. If you have any questions about debt management and debt relief under Scots Law, just ask.The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow.0 -

Sorry....what were the cows names?:rotfl:
An American couple (Houston, Texas) adopt cows, which they name, and add to the Moo Family, they all have to begin with an M though, ie Mary Moo, Missy Moo, Mirander Moo....:rotfl:Saving 1 animal wont change the world - but it will change the world for that 1 animal

That didn't go according to plan. The plan being to spend some time last night on here with a glass of wine, the connection to t'internet didn't want to play. I find I have missed a party at Mrs PGs and a herd of cattle joining us. What are we now, a zoo or a farm? :rotfl:Let me know where the cattle are and I'll make sure the Captain is nowhere near them, he's terrified of cows, perhaps because he's afraid he'll be mistaken for one :rotfl:
Hello Mara :hello:you are, of course, welcome to join us all and we'll love tales of Bonnie and Black and DeckerPlus a herd!! I'm quite taken with suzeesu's idea of naming them all, I'm sure that between us all we could come up with suitable names....
Dorothy, that was the loveliest post ever, it made me smile and well-up at the same time. You are quite right, I am a woman at the height of her womanliness, just like you. And if the truth be told, not very interested in social media. Instant communication is a thing that can go horrible wrong. For example, a friend of mine put a video of himself dancing in the snow with just a ribbon tied round his manbits on F@cebook [mind you, I surprised there was enough to tie a ribbon round in this weather] He realised it was an error of judgement, so although he's taken the video down, too many people have seen it and taken copies. It will be around to haunt him and may just bite him in the bum [or manbits] when he least needs it. I know I'll get through this period of my life and I'll come out a more frugal and better person for it, just wish it would happen soon
Mrs PG, you told me not to skim read.....although I like the idea of Mrs GG in ceramic boots, tad difficult to walk in perhaps? Incidentally, Mrs GG and missrir, the Captain will not wear boots of any description he already wears huge hairy Ogg type boots [feathered legs] and walks like he's wearing a dirty nappy if you actually succeed in getting them on. As to putting poison [ginger] in his food......
It was an incredibly long and hard day at work yesterday, two people didn't turn up meaning we were very short-staffed in the rush I did think of you NL, thinking of me! hour  I thought long and hard about not being allowed to eat in the staff room and calmly told the manager that I was not going to sit outside on a crate in the cold. I was going to eat in the staff room, I do not make a mess, I always clear up after myself and I was not going to be punished for the kids that leave a huge mess. If I was going to get a written warning for it, as per the rude memo, so be it. I had lunch in the staff room.
Thanks surbanwifey, and where have you been? For the suggestion of audio books. I remembered I have a sleep app on my phone full of repetitive noises to help you sleep. The cat purring noise is not suitable as Colin spent ages burrowing under the duvet looking for the intruder. Okay, I let it run for a while as it was very funnyI settled on the storm at sea and dozed off to that. I might try owls in the woods at night next.
Today I plan to swap the printer and old mac around. I no longer use the mac, apart from backup and it would be helpful to not crawl on the floor to use the printer/copier/scanner. I don't know why I didn't think of this a year ago :oAlso need to treat the mould in the front bedroom and put salt in the water softner. So two jobs will use some muscle! Also on the agenda is the Captain, I will ride him today despite his being stiff but only in walk, it will actually help stretch him off. Once I get back there is a job application to do, I found a job locally so will try for that. Then a glass of wine......Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Glad you took the management on............think they where out of order anyway. There are rules about how employees are treated! Owls: when I cant sleep its the bless-ed owls that keep me awake! We have a large - colony /roost/ herd/hootily ??? what is the collective noun for owls? That roost in the stand of birch at the bottom of the garden and tuwit tuwoo at each other all night. Except one that does it backwards every now and again and you tend to lie awake listening for it - tuwit...tuwoo tuwit....tuwoo wituu wituu cough cough tuwoo - see what I mean:)Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi
