I passed my test in March 2009 with 49/50. :D The one I got wrong was the colours of the cat eyes in whatever place the question asked.

And I passed the hazard perception, can't remember my score though. THINK it was 56/75.. (pass being 44).

Just got 48 - forgot what the red on the white stick meant for 1. In about 10 minutes, so.... not too worried.

I did my theory in 2004 and got 35/35 on the questions, took me 4 minutes. That bit is !!!! easy, if you fail it you ought to be worried.

The tricky bit is the hazard perception test, I bought an official practice thing, and you can get zero if you click too early (maybe they've fixed this since). It's not in the least bit like real driving either, I really question the value of it. On the real test I think I passed by a few marks on it first time.
  • ... managed to pass the motorcycle one with 43, and will try the car theory later.
I don't ride (or drive), though, so there's no stress factor

Scary to think it's 10 years since I passed my car test and about 6 since I did my bike test. But pleased with that

I thought it was really easy to be honest. Just scored 44/50 dont drive, have never taken a test and never looked at a theory test book in my life! Its mostly common sense. I also did it in 10mins :)

First time I've even seen a theory test (passed in 1989ish) got 49/50. For some bizarre reason I know all the arm signals.

I didn't know they still taught arm signals. I had to do them on my test. Too old! :rotfl:

Passed test in 1965 (it was all done in black & white then), and got 48/50 on the car theory test.

Mind you, if I was in charge of driving tests, I'd get rid of all this namby-pamby stuff they do these days, and make them drive from Newcastle to Exeter without the aid of a satnav, and on the way change a wheel on the hard shoulder of the motorway in the pouring rain. That would sort out the men from the boys.
