    I have
declutterd my airing cupboard (spare towels and bedding to DD)

and best of all my OH has been much better and has cooked:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:, ironed:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: and helped with decluttering :eek::eek::eek::eek:

completely forgot about the M/hell meet ... not sure if I can make it now as I *might* have to do a work thing...
please accept my apologies if so

    and I have been busy

Have committed to the kitchen refit in March so I have started packing stuff away. Listed a display cabinet on a certain internet auction site because it can't stay where it is and some of the contents are also listed...and some are boxed up out of the way now.

Kitchen (and contents) are now REBELLING...within MINUTES of me texting the fitter the glass 'front' of the extractor hood dropped onto the hob where we were cooking. *fling* the omelette pan decided being non-stick was a waste of time *fling* and this morning the kettle died. So the old kettle I hadn't thrown is back out. DD asked for a new kettle - well yes...but not until the kitchen is done and then the not-yet-bought new one will stay looking new and not be used for fitter's beverages ;)

anyhoo saw the Kaiserchiefs last night - now, back in the day when I USED to go to gigs they were almost always the preserve of the young...last night it *almost* looked like a SAGA outing :rotfl:

Jojo - go for it...life's too short;)

Anyway I have, today, made 2 fish pies (we tested one, it passed;)) and two cottage pies. So plenty HM meals in the Valli Freezer and the Valli freezer already has a new home lined up because I'm having a new one - my mate's brother's having it as he in in the process of buying a home now that his finances are sorted *fling* - he doesn't want it just yet which is just as well! So it will be one less thing for him to find and it will do him until he is a bit more solvent!
