DD1 is with us tonight as we're off to the British Museum tomorrow. So I have been sitting with her trying to write up her fine art work for a short notice interview at art college Wednesday. She's a little crabby, to say the least. And apparently, has been feeling sick for the last fortnight _pale_. I shall be dropping into the chemist for her tomorrow afternoon, as the GP doesn't do The Test anymore  and told her to go and buy one, then come back this Friday with the results. She insists it isn't That. But I don't care. She's getting The Test. Then she can tell them it isn't That and they can get on with it. [crosses fingers]

And Minion has had her first visit from Auntie Flo.

I really, really feel old tonight.

And all I got from the nice man was a message apologising if he was a bit cheeky last night. Meh. I thought he was funny. So sent one back saying it was fine. Sounds like an 'oh my, did I really say those things?; moment, and not in a good way. :(

Oh well, closest I've got to something for a while. [shrugs shoulders and gets on with life]

However, got offered a place in a band (probably won't take as the travelling's going to be a biiiiiiiiii) tonight and have possibly got couple of people to go out to gigs with through the club.

I therefore will be doing little more than feeding cats, making sandwiches and dashing out the door in the morning, and Minion will be doing the chores she ignored today, all tomorrow. Other than my first online tutorial in the evening, assuming I can get the damn thing to work properly by then.

I am sure I shall perk up later on in the week!
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

    Morning All

DS woke me up this morning to tell me I'd got to sort the kitchen out again - I'm sure the dog didn't cry in the night to be let out and he does normally - perhaps it took him by surprise! Dentist this morning to supposedly have my teeth sorted but I don't know whether he'll do anything with my throat being as it is because of it getting infected. Anyway I'm not sure I'll feel up to doing anything later but we'll see. I've also got an AF delivery coming at some point today as well.

I suppose I'd better start off by doing some dishes and sorting the washing out. Dentist is at 9am and I've got to take the kids to my mum's first so it'll be like leaving for work.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

I am decorating DS1's bedroom this week so aiming for level 2s in between paint drying. Everything has been pulled out of the room and ceiling has had one coat. Hopefully it won't need another when I look at it this morning as it is going from white to cream. I hate painting ceilings:o

    Good morning

Thank you for the lists, Jue, and (((hugs))) for you, jojo and anyone else who has had not the best start to half-term.

I've just updated my budget and it's not looking as good as I'd hoped. Will have to try harder to save up spending money for our holiday at Easter or DH will have to chip in.

Lists, then. I've deleted what's done/will be done by DH/won't get done.

Blummin mothers - she's been planning to visit for weeks as it's half term and I am at home, then rings me at 8am to say that she won't come tomorrow, in fact she won't come at all as she wants to get her house ready for new adopted dog!!! Jeeez, thanks mum, how loved do I feel??!!
